The Car Wash Company Leeds (Victoria)

Took car on 20th May, paid for top service. Arrived back at specified time (just beflre closing at 6pm) car not finished. When finished it was terrible, lots of areas missed on outside, the guys ran the cloth over the areas I pointed out. On the floor I noticed my umbrella cover so I retrieved this. Just recently I had to put the back seats down on my car, and I have a velcro boot protector in the boot for my dog, i took this out and the cover which provides access to the rear lights is missing, this can only have been removed during the clean. When I retrieved my umbrella cover from the floor, I did notice a cover like the one im missing, on the floor amongst the rubbish etc from all the cars they had cleaned thay day, and never thought any more about it. Now I have the expense of sourcing a new one. I will not use this company again.

WOW! thank you lads for a fantastic job, the level of detailing is superb! This was the Diamond clean, I would recommend this as best value for money. I don't think i'll get my car washed anywhere else now. Also, I love that you just leave your car with the team and go about your day shopping, then come back to a very clean and washed car! Rude and terrible clean! I went to pick up my car after shopping and arrived at the specified time only to find cloths lying all over the car and dirt on every panel! We pointed this out to the rude man and he went round with his cloth and cleaned as we pointed it out. We then looked inside. We had paid for the seats to be cleaned and they were not. There were still paw prints from my dog all of the seats. The rude mad said we only paid for a hoover when in fact the platinum service only specifics that the seats will be cleaned. Not impressed and we won’t return.

Terrible! £40 left it with them for nearly 5 hours, still a few dead flies on the front of the car, left hand side of the driver seat hasn't been hoovered.......my local hand car wash does a much better job for £15......avoid!!

Had a really weird experience trying to buy one of the standard packages listed on the signs outside this place. The gentleman I spoke to immediately started talking about a £150 package, and then when I pointed out the £35 listed, switched to pushing a £100 package. He couldn't really explain the difference in the packages or the reason for the price jump, or why he thought I needed one Vs the the other. It seemed that there was some kind of miscommunication going on, and I didn't want to have an argument, so politely declined and got back in my car. The gentleman followed me to my car, knocking on the window, saying "come on, how much you want to pay?" Until I parked elsewhere.

My girlfriend got her car cleaned here and the younger lad who did it was a fairly rude guy. Told us the minimum for valeting was £31.95. When I looked at the sign I saw you could get a valet for £21.95 in gold package. He looked visibly unhappy when I called him out on that. Told my girlfriend to leave £3 under her seat and sure enough when we got back and checked it was missing. I’m sure this won’t be the case for all of the people working there but this one experience has put us off ever going. Considering it’s a part of John Lewis car park and they deal with very expensive cars daily, you’d expect a lot better.

Terrible pay £50 for a wash and clean to come back to the car filthy out side we ask what do we do as we will come back after you have left the have took this information and ran with not washing the car externally marks and bugs and dirt just smeared all round the bottom look shook when we arrive back before the closed up tried telling us it was in the paint work to when grabbing a cloth and wiping it come straight of terrible rude and don’t do a wash and clean for less then £50 which is to the worst car wash standard Iv ever seen !! Avoid

Not worth the money, a very rushed half arsed job. Not what you expect when paying that much money. Still have dirt around the cars badges and indicators. Interior work was great just such a shame with exterior

BEWARE SCAM COMPANY Paid for an exterior wash. Arrived in good time, no staff member available and couldn’t wait as had an appointment to get to. Car was parked in a car wash space. 4 hours later I arrived back at 6.10pm to find my car unwashed and absolutely filthy! I could barely see out of the windows. Clearly my car was covered in dirt from surrounding cars. Absolutely fuming! The given telephone number on the website doesn’t work. The terms and conditions page on the website is blank. Complaint email has been ignored. Pursuing refund via my bank as this is clearly a scam company.

Had my car cleaned yesterday, returned to find small scratches down one side on the doors which were not there beforehand. I raised it with the team on site, said they had nothing to do with it and to call up to resolve. No answer from their customer service via the phone or email.
