A very regular customer of BP and this shop however really disappointed with cold , unprofessional and rude behaviour from one staff member Faiz . He degrades customers ,no greetings and feels like talking to cold wall . It makes me very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and tonight he went out of way and broke all records to rudeness . Faiz shouldn't be forced to work and made to work in customer facing job if he doesn't like humans . Absolutely disgusted

Charged me 8.90 for a 3.90 protein bar and claimed it was a mistake, watch out.

Extremely expensive I bay my tobacco £23.50 from bp at my house 2 mils away here they charge £28.20 for the same tobacco
