Night shift guy tried to scam me with £10. I put petrol for £16 and on the till was £16 plus £10 some extra - total £26.I told him and he said it was "an error" and fix it to the correct price. Be aware!

Can't believe that I got a large costa latte. You need to check your milk instead of putting out of date milk in the machine. It's disgusting that I had to bring it back.Even tried the other machine tasted same .Your staff are very rude too 😒

Hi I've use the app when I get petrol twice now the app has failed i reported this to the lad behind the counter in his own word man I don't care for the sake of saving 1p a litre I'll go to another station

I provided ID to purchase an over 18 product and the staff member mistook ‘challenge 25’ for not being able to serve to under 25s. I tried explaining what challenge 25 actually meant and he was not listening to a word I was saying. I’m sure other people have gone in and bought these products who were under 25 so clearly this staff member needs to be reminded of the law before you lose any more profit. I also had to wait outside for about 15 minutes before I knocked on the door and someone finally came. was an inconvenient experience for me overall.

Good station and reasonable prices, much cheaper than other Shell stations I've been to recently

I am a regular customer and use this station, very rude guy working on morning shift shouting across the shop saying can you not read what it says on the door,I open the door toilet was perfectly fine,no spending my money here again

I am a regular customer and use this station for fuel at least three to four times a week. However, every time I visit, there is a sign on the toilets saying they are “out of order”. This happens consistently, not just occasionally. It appears that the toilets are kept closed permanently, which gives the impression that customers are not being allowed to use them. As a regular and loyal customer, I find this very disappointing and inconvenient.

Service Station With A Nice Little Shop

I always have to stand outside waiting for the guy in night shift who wears glasses. His behaviour was quite rude and he asked me to go on a different pump. He made me wait for mins outside until I had to knock hard on the glass. I urge the manager to please took into this matter.

Went to this petrol station last night 14-12-2024 guy was working in night shift (glasses on) refused to give his name, he used really racist words in his mother tongue against me on phone with someone while I was on counter. I am an English man but knows (basic Hindi) he was unaware of that. First I went there door was lock and stood 15 minutes outside than looked like this guy came from rear room and looked he was asleep I just said u look tired mate instead of responding back to me he was already on phone with someone and said so racist and abusive words against me. Luckily my phone recording was on and I am considering reporting this matter to police this guy shouldn’t allow to serve customers as he is so racist and nasty person. I really hope and request to owner and management take serious notice of this and make sure this is not happening to someone else . I m really stressed and have no words for this even he refused to give his name.simply kick him out he is not fit and proper person for job

Well priced compared to the supermarket petrol stations are the moment. Nice and clean store too.
