I’ve been a customer at the Seafield Car Wash in Edinburgh for over three years, but today was absolutely shocking. One of the staff members, who I believe is from Romania, was incredibly rude—so much so that he nearly smashed my car window. I was left shaken and drove away without even finishing my wash. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it’s a terrible reflection on the business.

Very disappointing experience since the change in management. Shaved face employee is rude, lazy, rush the job and does not clean the car properly. Abusive behaviour, which is completely unacceptable. The other staff member (with beard) actually does a good job. However, it was concerning to see him being trained by the rude employee and encouraged to rush the work in the same careless manner. The owner really needs to look into the behaviour and standards of this employee.

When Google says you're open at 8am, I need you to be open. I come and you're not ready. Please, change your Google opening hours to your actual opening hours.

Had a decent experience at this car wash. The staff were friendly, and the job was done reasonably well. Car looked clean and fresh afterward. Nothing fancy, but solid service overall. Would consider coming back

Nice job in my car.

I keep seeing all the great reviews, but unfortunately I can’t really say the same. Having taken my car for the third time in recent months, every time I’d say the quality of the wash is getting worse. The first time I took it the car looked immaculate and hadn’t shone like that since new. But that seemed to be a one off. Despite paying for the ultra HD. There are patches where the machine had missed and dirt left on the vehicle and my alloy wheels only cleaned on the front and not in between the spokes. To be honest I feel that I’d rather go back to using the hand car washes as they usually do a better job. Not impressed!!!

Overpriced and doesn't deliver. There was bird poop on my roof that the car wash completely failed to remove.
