AVOID! Scratched my car all over by scrubbing before jet washing, rubbing all the dirt into the car. Worst car wash I have ever seen. Also staff shouting and getting aggressive when asked about it

Used to go regularly but recently had very poor service. I had to hoover the car myself practically. When I asked the owner about the poor quality of workmanship, he replied pay us 80 pounds to clean your car properly. Would stay well away from them. Not worth supporting rude and ill mannered businesses. Just go up the road to crystal shine valeting services. At the least they are polite and do their best.

Been here a few times, reason I come back here as its the closest to home but boy it's a rubbish job, the guys are just too busy talking amongst themselves, streaks galore, dirt not removed. One in one out no real care taken. To save customers complaining why can't you just walk round the car one time and just inspect if anything has been missed, it's not difficult, we are paying for a service. Also, sure I get charged a different price each time, the pricing needs to be a bit clearer.

Wouldn't come back here again. Paid for a car wash and dry with tyre shine. First of all their customer service is not nice they shout at customers to move forward from outside without even jet washing the windscreen off. Secondly it's just a very weak acid / tfr that doesn't do anything. The snow foam barely gets rid of dirt My car was not clean enough and the alloy wheels were still dirty. Good for a very basic car wash but spend abit more money and go to an autoglym car wash. Takes card payments which is good but overall vibe and outcome very poor. Had to put tyre shine on myself and my alloys are still dirty I can't be bothered cleaning them again myself.

sat for about 15 minutes as it was busy. they did not spray the car properly and missed washing most of my windows and didn't even see them clean my alloys. cars still dirty so will have to get it re cleaned...

I washed my car, left and when I got home I was shocked by the "quality" of the wash. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone. I'm going to wash it tomorrow, I'm sorry but I'm never coming back here again.

A really bad experience at this car wash. The owner was thoroughly disrespectful - Rude - Unhelpful - Arrogant & A thoroughly displeasure experience. The quality Of the car wash was substandard, There were multiple spare marks left all over the windows. The type of cleaning product that was used has also left marks in the interior. There are also marks on the paintwork which were not their previously - It was a total shambles of a car wash. Matters will now be brought up with Trading Standards & local council. Immigration service possibly need to look into this as well. There was an awful lot going on!

Terrible job, don’t bother. Car was basically just rinsed off for £15. Dirty wheels, dirty seats. £15 paid just to have to finish the job properly myself

I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash and would not recommend it. The first time I went, I paid for a mini valet. When I got home, I realised my car was still dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly at all. The next day, I went back to explain the issue. I made it very clear from the beginning that I did not want another car wash. I repeatedly said “no”, but they ignored me and started cleaning the car anyway. I assumed they were trying to resolve the previous poor service, especially since I had already complained.Afterwards, they tried to charge me again. When I explained that I had never agreed to another wash and had repeatedly said no, all of the staff became rude, raised their voices at me, and spoke to me very disrespectfully. Their attitude was completely unprofessional, and they refused to listen. To make matters worse, the car still wasn’t cleaned properly.This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Poor quality work, disrespectful staff, and no regard for what the customer is actually saying. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible job car still dirty they forgot to hand wash it and asked me to move forward so it just had a soapy jet wash. Needed a good clean and had to finish the job myself. Also I saw one of them drop the sponge on the floor covered in dirt and then proceeded to use it to clean the car in front. Car all scratched and not even clean shocking AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I honestly wouldn’t waste your money on this place. I’m shocked that I had to come home from a car wash and clean my car myself. The whole reason I took it there was so I wouldn’t have to do it myself. These are only a few of the photos I have posted. Before I left, I had to ask them to hoover the car again and wipe down the dashboard because it hadn’t been done properly. When I opened my mouth and said what they didn’t wanna hear, one of the workers simply said it wasn’t him who cleaned it and to take it up with the guys who did rather than resolving the issue. Overall, the standard of cleaning was very poor, and the customer service wasn’t much better. I won’t be using them again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

1 star — Extremely poor and embarrassing experience at Hulme Hand Car Wash, Manchester. I came here about 20 minutes ago with my gray car and asked for a quick wash and go. I paid £5, expecting at least a basic proper wash. Instead, they only sprayed water on my car and sent me away like the job was finished. There was no proper washing done at all. After leaving, I parked my car and checked it carefully. The car was still dirty and looked like nothing had been cleaned. I paid £5 for nothing. What made it even worse was that my three friends were nearby. When I told them I had just washed my car, they laughed because it was obvious the car had not been washed properly. It was very embarrassing for me. I went back to complain, but the worker spoke to me very rudely and said, “You paid £5, you didn’t pay a million.” That is very disrespectful behaviour. No matter how much you pay, customers should be treated with respect and given proper service. Very poor quality work and very rude attitude. Anyone who sees this review, please avoid this place and save your money.

Car wasn't really cleaned inside which is a bit weird because it's a Ford Ka so it's tiny. Been coming here for years, must have been an off day.
