Poor customer service.. staff making fun about their customers.

First time here. What a smooth operation. £6.00 for a super duper car wash and dry! Bazinga! Loved these hard working fellas in the sun! Endless thank yous for your efforts! I'll be back! 💘

I’ve been using this car wash since I bought my first car in the UK. Back then, the team was always professional and paid attention to the little details. Even my old car would leave looking almost brand new. After I bought a new car and moved away from the area, I still made the effort to drive back because I trusted the quality of their work. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been disappointing. The experienced staff I used to see no longer seem to be there, and the newer staff appear much less careful. I noticed they no longer wring out the drying cloths properly, so the car is often left with obvious water marks after drying. On my most recent visit, there was still soap left around the side mirror after the wash. I politely asked if it could be cleaned properly, but one staff member first wiped it with the sleeve of his jacket, which even had metal buttons on it, before switching back to a cloth. Sadly, the water marks were still left behind, as shown in my photos. I understand this is an affordable hand car wash, and I wasn’t expecting perfection. What disappoints me isn’t the price—it’s seeing how much the standard has declined compared with the excellent service they used to provide. It’s genuinely a shame, because this used to be one of the few places I was happy to drive out of my way to visit. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be making that journey again.

Highly recommend this car wash, I had a full vallet. They washed my car inside and out, they were very thorough, and my car was immaculate when I returned to collect it. Ash was approachable and genuine, I could tell he really takes pride in his business. There was a big green mark I made as I scraped my car previous, Ash was able to take that off for free so I am very grateful- £60

Really disappointed with their service. They damaged the paintwork on my car by the power washer (see pictures) When I pointed out they pretended nothing happened. Dishonest. I wouldn’t recommend their service.

Cleaned my car so well, inside and outside, only £20 for a i10! Great service would definitely recommend

I thought they were ok until they did a quick wash and go and thats not what i asked for and the excuse i got was its busy. Its £8 now for a wash and dry for std size car, which is quite a lot if they not actually going to do it properly on busier days, we paying for a service. Will be looking for another place who will give a good quality wash. They not as good as they use to be

I paid £8 for wash and dry and the guy had a face on because its was busy told me he does not have time to dry my car. i will not come back here again.

Ok car wash. They charged me more as the car was dirty inside but told me at the end, not the start. Always ask for the price upfront as they will not offer this information. They do take card and cash though.

Their service is excellent. They always complete their work to full satisfaction, and moreover, they consistently treat their customers with great respect and professionalism.

Service is top notch, got a mini valet done, exceptional value for money & the boss and the rest of the staff did a belting job on the car. Mini Valet for £17, can’t grumble at that 👌🏽 highly recommend & will back next month. Keep up the great work 👍🏽
