Paid £100 for a full valet - they damaged my car, left scratches and there is paint removed on several areas. Would not recommend.

don’t go here! speechless have a small car and they were charging £30 inside out, he made the price up as they won’t show it on a board it’s rubbed out. avoid!

£25 for a mini valet for a Yaris!

Overpriced for a Substandard Service I paid £30 for a Super Valet on a hatchback, but the quality of the work was very disappointing. The car wasn’t even vacuumed properly, with obvious areas left untouched. When I raised my concerns with the staff, instead of offering to resolve the issue, I was told not to come back if I wasn’t happy with the service. I also felt that the staff’s attitude was dismissive and intimidating rather than professional or customer-focused. Overall, this was poor value for money and not the standard of service I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend!

Really impressed with the service I received today. Super efficient team and very reasonable prices! I haven't cleaned my car in roughly 2 years so it was very dirty... I also had them clean a gross sticky seat and they barely charged me more for this. Cost half the price of what it would be down South! I'll be back again

It’s been a perfect experience with Quays Car Wash in Salford today. I had my car waxed and polished. The boss and his colleagues were helpful. They spent 3 and 1/2 hours to make my car like brand new from in and out! It totally met my expectation! The boss even helped me clean the engine. I would, therefore, strongly recommend Quays Car Wash to anyone who fancies a magical change to his beloved car! All in all, charge is reasonable 👍

My car needed a proper clean. Considering I have been driving around Manchester for Educational purposes, it was time to give it that shine it needed. Amazing service from start to finish! Diverse team on site, leave them to do the job and you won't be dissapointed. As this is a hand car wash, expect nothing but only the best! Thank you The Quays Car Wash for restoring my car. My car smells SO fresh and clean, considering I have traits of OCD too you did amazingly well. The business owner is so kind, patient, calm and understanding. I have taken pictures of everything on site so be prepared to look over what I would call, a brochure. 😄✨️

Overpriced and no attention to detail. Pictures are immediately post wash. To be fair, i did ask them to put an item in the door pocket if they found it and they did but they didn't clean the trash in the door bin

Scratches and scruff marks left in the interior and exterior of my car, only noticed when I got home, gutted

Paid for a mini-valet, the next morning noticed my car had been scratched all over. Saw negative reviews about them re-using cloths but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Pretty disappointed.

Very bas service by them they dont clean deeply and extremliy expensive they charge 25 for mini walet others charge 15

I was wondering about them using the same sponges and cloths without rinsing them on all cars. The car looked good when it was wet. However, once it dried out... have a look at the pictures. Oh, and tyre shine was apparently applied too... can't see it anywhere though... Anyway, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I took my car there yesterday and it smelled worse than when I dropped it off. I collected it and it stank of weed and the employee looked completely out of it. They took 10 minutes to clean the outside and inside which felt very rushed. The seats were still dirty and carpets were soaked. Do not go there!

rude threatening they take up all the parking space including disabled you just need to go elsewhere for your own safety
