I have no idea what I said to upset this guy so much? Unbelievably rude and snappy when I asked questions about the price board, banging on the windscreen when the wipers accidentally went off. Would not return again just because of their awful attitude, anyone would think they don't want the business. In response to his reply: I was literally trying to turn them off as you were banging on the car. Every question I asked was snapped back at and I was treated like a nuisance. Learn how to be civil with customers who are simply trying to visit and pay you? I don't recommend woman attend this wash alone - other reviews also state this

Well what can I say I bought a car and inside was worse than a skip I thought go to Birdwell car wash I dropped with them I thought he was gonna tell me he was not going to do cos that bad Well he rang me to say its ready I went to collect it and I couldn't believe it the car looked like new I've had lots cars valated at different places but never again I would highly recommend Birdwell car was and the owner is so polite and can't help enough Well done and thank you

This is the worst car wash I have ever been too. The attitude of the big guy( must be the owner) matches the terrible atrocious work they do. Gave them the benefit of doubt the first time. Second time around no no. They are just bad. Go to PERFECT-A Detailing Car Wash. 5 mins away in Wombwell for a more friendly professional touch at a cheaper price.

Just had the full valet done on my car, absolutely excellent 👌. Polite professional and really nice. I asked for certain products for the guys to use and they used them due to leather interior. Also I've used the above company a couple of times and if I've had an issue that I see isn't clean all I did and have done is ask POLITELY Manners don't cost you nothing at all. If you go somewhere with a bad attitude don't expect someone to bow down to your every beckon and call. You show respect you get respect. However I'd highly recommend Bird well hand car wash any time. Thank you so much for cleaning my car each time much love and respect ❤️.

Unbelievable. The worst hand car wash. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! No one says it is cash only. No rinse the dirt with jet washing. The owner is clueless about what he is doing. I wish to give 0 stars.

Wash and Dry – Would Give Zero Stars If I Could I took my Mercedes VClass to this place and had a really disappointing experience. The owner began applying soap directly to the car without first jetwashing any debris off. I politely asked if he could rinse it first, especially since it’s a black vehicle dirt and road grime can easily cause fine scratches if not properly removed. Instead of addressing it, he took offense, asked me to get out of the vehicle, and sarcastically invited me to wash it myself. His ego clearly couldn’t handle being corrected by someone who knows how to do a basic car wash. After this, he quickly rinsed the soap off and went straight to drying again, without ever properly washing the car with mitts. When I pointed out that the car still wasn’t clean, he became visibly irritated and made mildly threatening comments, saying it wasn’t the right day to speak to him like that. I took my phone out to record the situation in case it escalated further. I even showed him the dirty areas, which were clearly visible. Some advice for the owner: 1. Use TFR (Traffic Film Remover) first 2. Rinse the car thoroughly 3. Apply foam 4. Wash with mitts, not cloths 5. Rinse again 6. Dry This isn’t complicated, and it’s standard practice for anyone. Sadly, your attitude when questioned is what really stood out and not in a good way.

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic experience at Birdwell Hand Car Wash. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my car looked spotless inside and out. They paid great attention to detail, and the shine on my car was amazing. Definitely worth the price—I'll be coming back for sure!

Tried this place for valet also wash The one in charge I find very rude Car not cleaned very well either.

I been using this car wash for a few months and noticed my car paintwork is deteriorating, I spoke to the staff and they suggested I polish my car at a cost of £170 and demanded the money straight away, I thought it was the best option as they said it’s the only way I can fix the issue, when the issue was not resolved and I went back the staff were very rude and intimidating and said I must have done something, I’ve just realised by reading the reviews that other people are also having the same issues, guys don’t go to this place they will ruin your car and won’t accept responsibility and pressurise you with not paying more money to fix there issues. I will be contacting trading standards and the police.

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Initially I noticed my cigarettes were going missing at this car wash when I was leaving the car for a valet, so I decided to leave a £5 note on the side of the front passenger seat, after the b as let it was not there I asked the staff and they kept saying they don’t understand and made out they can’t speak English, I asked to speak to the boss and they kept saying no speaking English, I definitely won’t be going there again
