Distributor 4, which has not stopped flowing even when it should have been turned off. As a result, we experienced continuous leakage, and we were charged for usage that occurred while the distributor was not in operation. This situation is unfair, as the leakage and associated costs were due to a technical fault rather than actual use.

free coffee, I've tried Shell from Hoyland several times, and the loyalty card doesn't work, I drink coffee from Shell very often and I also buy petrol

Price gouging on fuel....go elsewhere!

Pure greed, cashing in on the world crisis when they already have loads of fuel in storage and bought for a lot cheaper. 17p more per litre, cheaper to travel to cortonwood or Morrisons chapletown. 🤞 people stop using this place and hopefully karma strikes and it goes under.

Had no issue. Lady on counter was polite and helpful. Place could lift up with some interior decoration. Other then all it is fit for purpose.

Terrible place. Very dirty and grimy. Almost deserted, and there are like no windows for the shop. Do not recommend, as there is another shell closeby.

They don't take parcels anymore as the machine is always broken whenever we try to drop parcels off. Its clear they just can't be bothered. They all fall within the couriers dimensions so should not be offering a service if they cannot fulfill it. Stick to selling fuel and then you won't have the hassle of dealing with parcels.
