The guy with the glasses doing night shift is just a useless thing on earth. They better should hire someone else capable of doing night shifts. Last night he came out from inside after long wait and today when i asked him for receipts he just raised his hand infront of my face instead of telling me from his mouth

All unleaded gone....they have the cheek to charge 21p for unleaded....don't inform People....the workmen inside are rude and arrogant...don't bother with this joke of a place..

Went in, bought a coffee and a Snickers bar. I paid, thanked the shopkeeper, muttered that I often get the munchies at night, and off I went.

Dear managers of this place. Can your colleagues learn better customer service please. Always on there phone and when you ask for a bag for items you've bought they just throw the bag at you. Ive never known a shop where the people are on there phone or throw at bag at you

Barely ever any fuel pumps in action. I used to use this as a regular dependable one but it is no longer the case. Most of the time they’re all out of action. Don’t waste your time heading to this one as it is not reliable at all.

Went in to use air pump, took my money and didn't work. Guy at desk told me it was out of order but refused refund. He was more interested in the phone call he was on. Terrible service

Went here today, no fuel pumps available, the man behind the counter was so arrogant and when I questioned why he short changed me he tried telling me he didn’t speak English. Awful place.

Regularly have pumps out of use and are often completely out of petrol or diesel. Also heard several reports of people being charged incorrectly or scammed by the staff. Definitely one to avoid from now on.

Rip off merchants. A few months ago, I bought x2 packs of rolling tobacco, and when I got home I realised I had been overcharged by almost £5 per pack. Also, last few times I have attempted to get fuel here in the evenings, all the pumps closed, with no prior warning until you pull up and see carrier bags (or whatever they used that day) covering the handles. I have used this garage for many years but it would appear to have recently changed hands, and seriously gone downhill. Also, the guy in there these days, is usually having a phone conversation with someone, which to me is very rude and unprofessional. I have stopped even attempting to used this petrol station, and go elsewhere.

There's never any fuel, don't bother! :laughing-face No diesel for the last 3 times I visited in the last 2 weeks. These guys don't know business: they're annoying their customers who just go around the corner to Morrisons, and it feels like they don't have enough retained earnings to pay their suppliers. I suspect it'll soon be bankrupt. :cheeky-middle-finger I won't be back

Useless petrol station, never has any fuel. I dont even know why it is open still. It has gone downhill since being taken over 2 years ago, never had any issues before then. This is either deliberate or else incompetency. I think it's the former. Avoid

Absolutely rubbish, the staff are always on there phone. No customer service at all. The air Tyre pump doesn't work. It used to be good and friendly, not any more.

Topped up with fuel here and the pump was the only one working with diesel avaiable. Gage and miles on car mot showing anything different once filled up. Be wary cos clearly nothing came out of pump. Staff so ignorant aswell. Guy was too bothered bout his phone

Since been taken over terrible staff always on phone on loud speaker never a please or a thank you prices have gone up very poor

Not any cheaper than Morrisons unfortunately,plus you can't pay at the pump, it's such a small place and a pain to queue.
