Beautiful work and good cleaning best one in the Wirral area

My daughter and myself decided to try this place as it’s near us. Turned up looked at prices and decided on wash and interior vacuum, she was told it was £30 , she said no, then £25 she said no, finally agreed on £20, I agree with another review which says there are prices on the boards but they don’t use them. Came back 45min later and waited for car as wasn’t finished, there was another woman there who was not happy with the finish as her car had not been cleaned around sills by door . My daughter got in car and asked to pay with her phone, the man then claim back with his phone and pic of his card and bank details and said they hadn’t got card reader. She transferred money, then he started asking for her phone and wanted to check it to make sure she hadn’t taken any photos trying to grab her phone, and asking her to show him her pictures, my daughter was feeling very uneasy and slightly worried as he was reaching in her car for phone. Won’t use this place again, prices on board are useless and my daughter was made to feel very vulnerable!!!

The prices displayed on the main entrance sign do not match the actual charges. This inconsistency can be misleading for customers. It's best to confirm the final price before using the service.

The clean the outside of the car were you can see but don’t clean the roof at all it was filthy bird muvk all over it so I know it’s not been touched the leaves are still on the car that were there before I went I took it to get the bird muck off it as it burns the paintwork SHOCKING SERVICE

It's below average experience. The roof was poorly washed and dirt marks all over. There were multiple spots on the outside that I had to point out at handover to clean including a glaring marks and even asking several times he did some cleaning but it was still there. The interior was cleaned nicely except trunk space for £30

They don’t do proper cleaning. Do not recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in on 19 December 2025 at 12:32pm and was told to return at 5pm due to volume. The wash was not completed until after 6pm, and the quality was already poor. When I got home, I noticed a tear on the side of the driver’s seat backrest that was not present before the wash. I returned the next day on 20 December 2025 at 11:42am to raise this issue. The damage was denied outright without proper inspection, and no responsibility was taken. I have photos taken immediately after collecting the car. Between the excessive delay, poor cleaning standard, and damage followed by refusal to acknowledge it, this experience was unacceptable. I would not trust this business with my vehicle again. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. THEY WILL DAMAGE IT.

Did a good job. But wasn't asked which grade of wash I wanted and just started jet washing car. It was £7 which is ok. They advertise as being open till 6 but I have been back twice at half 5 and it's all shut up. Maybe it's open till 6 in the summer...
