Terrible! Only 1 lady working there who is Brilliant and not rude! I was told today paypoint wasn't working which was a lye as my friend had just been in before me.....because I wanted to use my government voucher..

I will NEVER EVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!! I work lates so I sometimes call in for milk, or other supplies if I haven't had chance during the day. There's a few particular members of staff who are horrid. Earlier on in the year I was over charged on my card for some shopping. It was only a day later I noticed. I didn't get the receipt 🤦🏾‍♀️ A few weeks later I purchased some bread and chewing gum late one night. Only to get outside to find them both out of date. I took them back and asked for a refund and explained why. I really wish I hadn't. It was like an interrogation, who was I? Who do I work for? What am I doing buying bread and chewing gum at 2am but not petrol? Where's my receipts? Why didn't I want to swap it? I left the place feeling terrible,; like I'd enjoyed eating a stale chewy, I'm just glad I realised the bread was off as well before I got home. A week later I popped in to get some milk, (I clearly hadn't learned the first time) I took it to the counter, this time it was a different member of staff, I paid with a £20 and he gave me £10 change, when I asked for the rest he became really confrontational, I struggled to understand him and I didn't like the way he was behaving so aggressively as if I was lying to him, so I left with a £10 loaf and nervous to hell. I won't be going back. I don't know why I'd pay those extortionate prices just to be bullied and interrogated. Customer service is ZERO! All the nice staff have left. I get it.... It must be grim working lates in a petrol station with all sorts of sights wandering in but I was a regular and after this happened in November, I've not been back. I've got the local milkman to deliver everything, bread, milk, eggs, etc. No one deserves to feel how I felt in that place, it's not even worth asking to speak to a manager because the language barrier is so big its not worth the hassle. Trust me, don't bother going here unless you're desperate 👍🏿

The cashier has too much to do. You have to wait every time you visit for him or her to finish carrying out jobs in the shop. Get someone to manage the shop, and stop being such a money grabber!

Tried to overcharge me on 2 occasions

Standard fuel forecourt as expected. Recently renovated and expanded shop. Always clean and tidy inside. Also has a small Greggs counter inside as well. Been visiting there for years, can't fault the place.

Jet wash and car wash always broke. Crap customer service that seems to hate anyone that turns up. Ive stopped going there because of their attitude.

OK for fuel but do not waste your money on the self service car wash. I used it the other day power foam all that came out of it was water waste of money. If your going to have a car wash machine make sure there's product in it not just water.

Tried to use the jet wash but the rinse gun didn't work. No water was coming out of the rinse gun despite paying for it and selecting the rinse option. Tried to tell the staff member that the jet wash didn't work, he insisted that the machine was new and 100% works and that I didn't use it correctly. I repeated that I knew I used it correctly as I paid and the timer started and the foam gun was working. The staff member didn't believe/understand me and refused to come try the jet wash. Therefore I left after wasting money on a jet wash that didn't work.

Staff horrible rude ignorant whether it be midnight or midday ,overpriced goods needs new owners don't bother camilla of customer services replying ,reading other reviews u have ur work cut out girl !!!! Sack the lot of them and recruit

Went here for the car wash as Tesco's was closed, I warned my boyfriend that this place had been known for cloning cards a few years back so advised him to pay with cash. Granted it was £5.99 but didn't bother giving the penny change back, so good job we didn't pay with more as the comments show they regularly over charge people and not for small amounts. The car wash was rubbish, the back of the car was still dirty, hadn't really cleaned the wheels and there were still spots of dirt on the sides and the top. I'd advise any other car wash but here.

Just been in and my daughter bought a bottle of prime(extortionate as always) Staff didn't point out the bogof offer and when I went to get one I was told that as the transaction had gone through (we hadn't paid yet) it didn't apply. No offer of a solution, just a smug smile and a dismissal from the cashier. Eventually did get the free one though after having to argue that staff should have pointed out the deal since it's not labelled in the fridges but hidden down a separate isle, having to refund the original bottle to buy it again with the free one, but then having to point out it wasn't a BOGOF as they tried to charge me 70p more and therefore false advertising on their part. Make sure you check your prices before getting to the till so you're not scammed.

Great garage at the top of leasowe road in Wallasey village.

I have just been into this garage to give my van a clean. I put a pound into the jet wash, and it did not work, so I tried another. This did not work either. So I walked over to the shop just to ask what happened, and I was told why have you put two pounds in "I am not giving you two pounds back" I said you should have a proper sign up stating this jet wash is not working. They can keep my two pounds. I wasn't really bothered about the couple of pounds. It's the number of times this must happen to the people of wallasey, and they get away with it. I have been going to this garage for more than twenty years and I will make sure myself and none of my family go there again.

Pumps always covered in fuel. Staff either not there, or on their phones and you have to wait for them to finish. Never going there again, disgusting service and standards.

Unpleasant,V unwelcoming,rude and uninterested,i know it's l8 but come on,i know who everyone is on about,always mumbling thing's under his breath in his own language,V big chip on his shoulder, uno don't get me wrong but if you have something 2 say,say it were i can understand it,(obviously u know he's talking about u),but the worst thing is your being overcharged on numerous occasions now 4 out of date products, disgraceful!!!probably nothing wrong with most of the out of date products but it's not the point really is it,I'll leave it there because I could go on an on, no joke,how I haven't just lost it and done something I'd regret i don't know and just put it out there i have no intentions either, I just don't go there anymore, best all round, but ye I'm just the latest customer 2 not go back anymore, 2 the manager sort your staff out well
