Went to view a car recently and it was listed £300 more on the website. That's when we were told about the 'guarantee' is the price difference. Shouldn't that be offered as standard, anyway? At least list it properly on your website, because it's false advertisement. The 'sales' rep couldn't be bothered with us. Took around 15 mins to find the keys (which yeah, can happen) but we did not feel welcome at all. Any questions we asked was met with blunt answers with no follow-up. After checking, it looked like the place closes at 3pm (we visited around half 2) on their website, but the signs at their store say 4pm. Looks like something was correct on the website then... The rep left the car park before we did! The conditions of some of the cars are not the best from what we saw. There was a Hyundai i10 with the back seats and foot well covered in mould. The car we were looking at had the housing missing from the driver side lock, which was not shown on the listing. He didn't know about it apparently, despite us finding the part in the cup holder. The lining in the boot was unusually wet as well. We were happy to listen if the rep had more info on the car and to at least have a bit of enthusiasm. We liked the car and was considering purchasing, but the overall attitude gave us a bad experience and put us off asking any further questions.

Shambles of a place offer 3 months warranties if anything goes wrong not interested in fixing it, basically ignore the phone until the three months runs out

Had to cancel my purchase due to family illness. They kept my deposit and said it was non refundable as I'd cancelled. Never mentioned that when they asked for deposit . If you look at Companies House, they have dissolved the company as of 8th October. However, they were still happy to take my money, even though it's illegal to trade as a dissolved company. Shocking

Bought a car and part exchanged my car paid well over the odds as looked in good condition but first day went on the motorway and broke down tried to say they would fix took two weeks got it back was knackered and I asked for my old car back said they had put a new battery in and tyres so wanted £600 to get it back off them dodgy people would not recommend

The cars are cheap and cheerful, but you get what you pay for - avoid at all costs! I bought a car back in January and had to replace two tyres within a couple of months. One was for a nail in it which can't be helped, but the other was so worn it was below the legal limit, and I don't do much mileage. It had apparently passed the MOT with no advisories which makes me suspicious. I did call to try and rectify the situation but they weren't particularly helpful and fobbed me off with a new backscreen wiper, as it was hanging off. Overall I do really like the car, but I've had to spend some money to get it up to a decent standard and it doesn't feel like it's been maintained/looked after so wouldn't use the dealership again. Edit - after 6 months the car requires a new clutch and flywheel for a total of £2,050! The mechanic has also advised the other two tyres are close to the legal limit and the rear brake pads need replacing. Avoid this place at all costs....there was definitely an issue when I bought it and when I tried to raise it they just fobbed me off, and the cars are clearly not serviced or looked after.

Terrible Company, I bought a car on line and had it delivered £255 charge) was supposed to be valeted and cleaned but it was filthy, no owners handbook or service book, lots of scratches and no spare wheel, couldn’t see the scratches when delivered because the car was filthy from the road conditions on route to delivering car to me, it was running on fumes as the low fuel light and warning buzzer were going, I contacted them but no reply, but today they emailed me asking if I wanted to take out extended warranty! No mention of the complaints I made, first and last time I use this Mickey Mouse Company, do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!!!

Terrible car company with a terrible owner. His employee is very happy to badmouth the owner, tell customers how terrible a boss he is but as soon as his boss is around he's on his knees servicing his gear stick in front of everyone. Both cars, original and 'courtesy' failed. Refused to fix either. Do not buy from this scam artist.

Robbed me of £7500 took him to court and won the case and he liquidised his company so he didn’t have to pay me ! DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE ! Staff are amazing but the manager is a Joke !!!
