Great car wash
My first time using Helsby Car Wash and after the service I received today I will be coming again! Cleaned to a high standard inside and out. Seats cleaned, carpets look new. The 2 staff were very friendly Definitely a 5 star
My son took his car here to be fully valeted for £65. when he returned to pick it up the seats were sodden & there was pools of water in the footwells. Not only that but they then kept it overnight before giving it back to him in a right state. They gave him £15 back. It now has electrical issues, head lights, wipers staying on permanently or just won’t start. Awful experience, avoid.
I've been using this car wash for over 10 years, I've had loads of loyalty cards honnored so know how they work, this morning the guy refused to honour my full card claiming it wasn't full , when I pointed out all the boxes had been signed he used foul language and told me I was incorrect, well okay see ya won't be using this place again, it's lost a loyal customer .
Went down at 6pm and it was closed.

Change of Management I was told. Well it isn’t a change for the better. Car not washed properly, sills left dripping wet. Still dirty, won’t be going again. Been a customer for ten years with no complaints. Terrible .Staff need to be trained how to clean a car, a bonus would be able to understand English language.
