Booked them to come out never turned up. I still have the txt message I sent them with my address and the price they quoted..so saying I wasn't booked in. And it was my fault as I must of rang several company's, an got mixed up. is sadly pathetic. And bad business practise.. and its an excuse they've used before. On other customers they've let down,

Paul and the team clearly know their business, my tired looking motor now looks better than new. Due to circumstances beyond their control we had to reschedule the visit on a few occasions, but communication was great at all times ensuring I was kept in the loop. When the car was finished I was taken round it and shown what had been done and told clearly what I could expect as the car dried inside etc. An all round great service, thank you

*Edit* Since Paul has very kindly decided to reply to my review - I shall provide a response. Unlike what you had claimed - no we did not speak on the phone to re-book and no you did not inform me you were going to re-book a regular. Conversation was via text message not a telephone call. As the screen shot below clearly shows. I am not looking for a refund or looking to smear your good name. I am only giving the facts of my encounter with your service as that is what reviews are for. But as I can see from your previous replies to negative reviews - your default stand is that the customer is lying. After reading all the positive reviews on here - I decided to give Paul and his team a try. Initial contact was good - he said he would cancel another client to book me in on Thursday (only 3 days after my initial call). He seemed like an honest enough bloke who did turn up early on the day. Unfortunately it was raining - but Paul and his team showed dedication in still trying to undertake the job. I booked a revive your drive option. The interior was cleaned well - although they did leave their gloves in my car. But exteriorly it was a substandard job - possibly affected by the rain. I would have been okay with that - I understand the difficulties the weather poses and would have been more than willing to give Paul another try. However as he was unable to complete the machine cut and polish - I messaged him to see if we could reschedule this part of the job. Sure no problem he said and booked me in for the weekend. At the time he said he would arrive - no one turned up. I waited an hour and decided to call him. Phone was turned off for the next 3 hours - straight to voicemail. Tried again - phone was ringing but no answer. Left a voicemail hoping for an explanation - nothing received in return. The cost of his service is not an issue - I would gladly pay more to have a professional job well done. But my time is very valuable and he has well and truly wasted this valuable commodity of mine. When you fail to turn up for a job - basic decency and professionalism dictates you provide an apology or an explanation. And Paul has failed to display any shred of this. I hope my experience is a one off and Paul indeed provides a stellar service as per the other reviews here - but I will unfortunately not be using his services ever again.

First class service from start to finish. Our cars looked brand new by the time they were completed and every detail was noted. It's reassuring to have a reliable, friendly and professional team to transform our cars inside and out. Will definitely be contacting them for another valet soon; wouldn't go anywhere else now. Had revive booked for a £60 valet, the workers turned up in a blank white van with no introduction, walked on my driveway while i was sat in the car and opened all the doors, started complaining the car was in an awful condition (little bit of dried hooverable dirt in the footwell and a few dog hairs in the boot) after asking more money i said no so he got back in his van and drove off.... when i rang the boss (paul) back to ask his name to write this review i was then threatened that he will come to my house and "sort it out properly" in an agressive manor... telling me i was being abusive over the phone when it was the exact opposite and made to feel threatened in my own home... as his request "i havent had any work done by revive" but i did get an ear full of abuse instead. Id steer clear of this unprofessional company unless you want to be intimidated out of writing a bad review, didnt work on me sorry.

Just want to thank Darren for a top service. Took delivery on a new bmw ix3 which got oil based paint on all panels from house being painted next door which drifted the day it was delivered. Revive came within 12 hours of speaking to them to get it back to showroom standard. Top firm thanks again

Might be a good place but highly unprofessional. I called and booked the service after seeing the positive reviews online, I was given a quite, a date and time was confirmed but nobody showed up and then nobody answered or ever called explaining what happened and why nobody showed up. I had to start looking for another place again. I would have expected a courtesy call explaining why nobody showed up as committed. I was trying to find a way to respond to the response given by the owner of the business. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews. I'm checked before posting and here's the screenshot from my call history. That's the same number on ur GOOGLE page. Please go ahead and see for yourself. I've no interest in randomly picking a valet service and bad mouthing them. Called on the day when service was committed and nobody answered.

Thank you so much for the great job you did. I Booked in last minute for a revive your drive valet prior to returning a focus back to the lease company. The car looked better than the day I picked it up, so shiny and smelt lovely (I didn’t want to give it back) Returning to car was stress free as it looked practically brand new at 5 years old. Hours of hard work went into the valet, the lads were really helpful and friendly and gave me tips for keeping the trim on my new car in the best condition. Will be booking you again in future, thanks again :)

Used Revive for a specialist interior valet after our car was caught up in some high waters in the lakes. Our very wet and smelly car was absolutely transformed, it was like a new vehicle after they finished with it! Lovely team, great communication and great end result. Would use again and would definitely recommend to others!

Bought the revive your drive package. Service was outstanding and great value for money. Car looked as good as new when completed. Even threw in some ceramic coating free of charge. Highly recommend

Can’t recommend these lads enough, only person I phoned who knew exactly what to do, girlfriend spilt 3 litres of pant on the floor of her car, it now looks like brand new like there was never a spill, any negative comments u read on her completely ignore
