Update: The HQ have since paid for the full alloy refurbishment directly to the repairer. Very bad customer service after confronting the staff about ruining my brand new 19" alloys scuffing every single wheel. I took my car there for a quick external wash and after collecting my keys noticed all my alloys have been scraped and marked. There was only two people working that day so I knew who washed the car, and after approaching and pointing out what they have done, the employee turned around and said I have scratched my alloys. This was just like adding fuel to the fire, as I know my car inside out and never take it to car wash places for this reason. Having read the reviews and having no ability to wash it myself I took a chance and took my car here. This was my big mistake and I fully regret this now. Their general manager Qas has promised to review the cctv and come back to me which he never did. So I had to raise a complaint with the Head office now and will be taking legal action as these alloys are £100 each to have them reconditioned. Never again.

Disastrous service. I popped in today and asked for a £30 valet. The man really pressure sold me into getting spending £60 getting the seats shampooed. I reluctantly agreed. When we returned I paid £60 and at no point did he inform me the seats were saturated. We got in the car and instantly the whole back of our clothes became soaking. We were on our way for Sunday lunch too. So we had to sit on our coats then go into the restaurant with wet clothes. When we came out, the car was completely steamed up so we had to wait with the heaters on and windows open to dehumidify the car. Then. To add insult to injury, I opened the boot and it was untouched. I never knew it was possible to have such a bad experience getting your car washed. Never again.

Always do a super job, highly efficient but incredibly courteous too. Made to feel like an old friend when I arrive, and nothing is too much trouble. Car always looks great when finished, regardless of which clean I opt for. Thoroughly recommended.

I have used this car wash several times and until yesterday always been very happy with service , how ever yesterday the normal guy who is their wasn't so maybe doen to this but the service i got yesterday was awful , i ended up completing the valet when i got home , i be careful if thinking of using this place

Poor people wash your car while you shop.
