It clearly states online that they accept Yodel parcels but the guy just decides whether he can be bothered or not on the day so don’t bother risking it. Also the fuel is always more expensive than Shell up the road 👍

If i could give minus 100 stars i would. Twice now i have purchased petrol in this station to be met with the most unpleasant staff. Who ever is in charge of this station, please retrain your staff on how to approach customers with basic manners PLEASE, HELLO and THANKYOU. I shall not be using this station and i will also tell family and friends not to aswell. 🙄

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Esso station in Greasby on 31st December to collect a parcel, and honestly, it was a complete farce from the moment I walked in. This place is the very definition of unprofessionalism, and it’s clear they have absolutely no standards; not in service, cleanliness, or pricing. The cashier, Jayram (if that is even his name), was sat there stuffing his face with a greasy vegetable pasty while blaring a YouTube video on speakerphone. No attempt to pause, no apology for my wait, just an attitude that screamed, “I couldn’t care less.” When I greeted him politely, he barked “What?” at me, as if I was disturbing his day. When I explained I was there to collect a parcel, he made half-hearted attempts to scan my code. When it didn’t work, he actually tried to snatch my phone out of my hands! Let me paint the picture: his fingers were dripping with oil from that pasty, oil on the counter top and he thought it was acceptable to grab my device. Absolutely disgusting. When I refused (for obvious reasons), he became increasingly curt, eventually scanning the code while I held the phone. And then? He flat-out told me, “I’m busy, I’ll give it later or tomorrow.” Busy doing what? Watching his YouTube video? Munching on his pasty? The sheer laziness and rudeness left me speechless. At this point, I decided my parcel could rot in the back for all I care: I’m never coming back to this cesspool. And let’s talk about their fraudulent petrol prices. They’re charging extortionate rates compared to nearby stations. It makes you wonder: does Esso know about this blatant gouging? Or are trading standards turning a blind eye? Either way, it’s a scam, and the locals deserve better. This station is a total disgrace: rude, dirty, and downright dishonest. I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague, and I highly suggest Esso and trading standards take a good, hard look at what’s going on here. It's clear this place cares about nothing but ripping people off and offering the worst customer service imaginable. Stay far, far away.

Visited a week ago, clever ploy to keep the outdated pumps, I filled up thinking I had spent £20....no, I used 20 litres at £36. Any other pump has the price at eye level, here you have to be careful, the litres are at eye level, very misconstrued.

The cashier was lIttle Asian fella with no customer skills what so ever.

Be great if it was open 7.06 am and shutters down I’m sure it’s meant to be open at 7.00 am ??? Good job Sainsbury’s is open full tank there some snacks and dam site cheaper,

Easy access and exit for lorries. A good little convenience store too.

Good air

Newly established two jet washes, two air/vaccum/screen wash machine on the site. Using air machine is a bit of tricky which after paying you have to choose again from the big screen which option needed. Apart from that 06 EV charging bays were there but connection yet to come. Retail store has almost all kind of sandwiches, cool drinks, liquor and wines and specially costa mchine also there and 24 hr site gives a excellent service to customers and staffs are very friendly and helpful.
