The Waterworx Car Wash

DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT WASHER!! They scratched up my car with their horrible wash mitts and then had the cheek to deny it. It was on the drivers side door. You cannot tell me it was from before, i would see it everyday and know about it!!! Absolutely horrible scratches that quite clearly are due to washing mitts. How else would a scratch like this form!!! Management is a joke, arguing and not taking responsibility.

Worst car wash management ever. The owner sits in the Mercedes van and honks the horn and gives rude instructions with his hands to the staff and customers. Rude to the customers and staff. Used to be much better under the previous management. It’s worse now. Not recommended at all.

Terrible service car was all dirty after mini valet. It was one of the worst clean I ever had. Never waste your money here…shocking

Ignorant staff. Says open at 8am, I got there on time and the worker just said “no” when I asked if they were open, I then had to ask “ok then, what time?” Then a random taxi driver told me 8:30am instead of the actual worker.

The guy shamas was asking for cash pay only and he was dragging me into dodgy deals like increasing the payment about car floor,mats seats etc,the staff is v non professional nowhere to sit and also no safety at the site.strongly not recommended 👎🏼

Excellent car wash service! The staff are very professional and friendly. The cleanliness and attention to detail are outstanding, and the cleaning products used are of high quality. My car looked spotless and felt like new after the service. Highly recommended. Five stars

Good clean, a team of hardworkers. Just could be better if the setup was quicker for wash and go. So you not stuck behind cars

Very disappointed.i used to be there for my car wash from last 2 years but my recent visit which was Sunday last week was very awful.the service is not like before.there was a lady who clean inside my car she was okay beside her the other staff they doing so much rush they even didn't touch few spot of my door.when i show them they just didn't happy and just give a small touch.and most worst is their behaviour specially i guy with long beard.after finishing he just asking me for cash when i refuse to pay by cash he was so rude and pushing me to leave the place.i took 1 mins to leave because i wash looking inside he was littreally start horning me from behind and shout what are you doing leave..very disappointing and will never visit again also tell all my friend to not visit anymore this place.

They cannot wash properly believe me. And they are super expensive. By seeing them Sometimes I think that one can probablr earn better by just putting water splash on cars rather than taking a professional degree🤣. I visited only once and I am not going there again.

Poor costumer service. Didn’t do job properly. Try to complete job quickly..

Been coming here every couple of months. Decided to have a super valet today. They did a terrible job. Maybe they’re ok for quick wash but I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Quick hand car wash with great value. Almost all the guys are hard working and the owner also keep them on their toes. Once he was not happy with the wash so ordered his staff to wash again.

Worse customer service ever, every worker in there has no manners and are so lazy, you can turn up an hour before they close and they still wouldnt wash your car, definitely wouldnt recommend going there

Sat in my car for atleast 1 hour 30 minutes to get my car cleaned and washed.... lots of wasting time here the cars which were behind me got cleaned and gone but my car was not even recognised until someone finally came... also the pressure washer cable was hitting my car sides when other car was getting washed on my other side which caused some scratches...

£15 inside and out. Not bad.
