Rude and unprofessional service.

Absolutely pathetic service. I booked a mini valet, but on arrival I was told that my car needed a super valet instead. Even after the service, the condition of the car was virtually unchanged. The window pockets were not cleaned, and the dashboard storage compartment was left exactly as it was before. Overall, the service was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this service.

Waste of time and money

Absolutely pathetic service. Asked for fuller valet and they quoted 90£ which was bonkers, changed my mind to go with super vallet, those goons were upset about it , so they intentionally did a terrible job at it. Avoid this place at any cost. Unprofessional wingers hungry for money. Not sure how they’d be surviving since this long.

Looks like they don't listen to the reviews. Interior is still pretty dirty, i dont think they actually wiped anything, and there's a lot of grease on non leather parts.

Terrible! I paid extra for drying, they used a soaking wet towl to smer water all over my car! Proceeded to squeeze the water out from the soaking towel and continue! Horrendous... NEVER GO, by the time I got home, there were dirt spots all over the car from it not being dried properly

I went to this car wash for a mini valet £12. When it came to washing the inside the man demanded £20! Stated it was too dirty. I told him im not going to bring a clean car to you, I mean you are a car wash. Suffice to say will not be coming here again in a hurry

Rude staff, i was their last customer for the day and rushed my car so badly, at first i did not notice, but when it got darker they did not clean the windscreen, dashboard display, windows etc. Never ever coming back and try other places before going here

Went here yesterday for the mini valet, they did a terrible job i wont be going back again, avoid this place at all costs they don't give a care for a professional job.

Avoid this place at all costs! I came in for a mini valet and had a £10 note left inside my car. Both my friend and I know for a fact the money was there, but after the service, it was gone. When I confronted them, the staff completely denied it and refused to take any responsibility. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the entire team started an argument and was incredibly rude and pathetic. It’s disgusting that you can’t trust "professional" staff not to help themselves to cash left in a vehicle. Stealing from customers is as low as it gets. Save your money and your sanity go somewhere else where the staff actually has some integrity.

These people are mad and rude!they don’t clean your car properly.Their job to do clean no matter how dirty ,it’s my car I need to decide whether I should clean or not who are they to tell. They didn’t clean even here I am posting images well after charging 20 pounds as well the car is dirty and they are to bad (be careful) guys don’t waste your money .

If I could give this zero stars I would. The worst car wash I have ever been to. Did an awful job. There were still stains on my car when I left. Avoid like the plague.

I came into this car wash by accident, following trying to get the car washed locally by 2 other others. Really great service. Recommended.

Engine wash done for £50 on a ramp.

Avoid don't go there. I went today to get my car cleaned. This one dude, all covered up with a muffler, just sprayed the inside but didn't even bother with the dust. They didn't even touch the inside mirror! They were too busy chatting and laughing with their buddies and didn't pay attention to clean the car.

i have use their super valet service. It was really bad. They dont do any detailing. not even proper vacuuming. Waste of 20 pound . not recommended
