This place was fantastic and great value. It's under new owners who ramped up the prices dramatically and when I got my car washed and waxed and supposed tyres blackened it was a complete balls up, car was dirtier than before the wash, tyres didn't look done even though he crouched down with a pot, no wax used as the dust on the car is the worst I've ever seen. I won't be going back.. Oh it was nearly empty but took ages to finish the job, running around like headless chickens.

Another car wash that needs to be recognised. After my experience from previous car wash in levenshulme found another car wash near Sandford recycling centre. My car was full of rubble, dust and very dirty, they didnt charge me extra for the extra dirty work. Highley recommend. It was a very rainy day I was wet through from the skip run ant they accommodated so I wasn't cold. Thank you soo much to everyone at diamonds!!

I have only rated one star, as I am unable to rate any less. However, I would not even credit one star. I would strongly advise others to avoid this car wash. During the wash, the staff broke my rear window wiper arm. They admitted it happened while they were cleaning my car, but then dismissed it by saying, “this usually happens when a car is washed.” That is simply not acceptable. A professional car wash should not be damaging customers’ vehicles as part of its normal service. To make matters worse, I was still charged the full price for the car wash despite the damage being caused by their staff. I later returned with an invoice showing the cost of the repair, expecting them to take responsibility. Instead, I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that because they only charge £15 for a car wash, they were somehow not liable for the damage. The price of the service has absolutely no bearing on their responsibility to take reasonable care of customers’ property. I requested a call back from a manager to discuss the matter, but I am still waiting. The lack of communication, accountability and customer care has been extremely disappointing. I am disgusted by how this has been handled and will now be seeking legal advice to recover the cost of the repairs. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to take responsibility for its mistakes, I would recommend taking your custom elsewhere.

I had a really bad experience washing my car yesterday; they didn't even clean it properly. There was soap everywhere, and they were just talking to each other instead of paying attention to cleaning the car. The guy with the glasses only cleaned the front windshield and one side door glass inside. Worst car wash ever, I'm never coming back.

They said because my car was “very dirty” and tried to charge me £20 for a valet, which is £8 more than the advertised price. My car was not extremely dirty and they clearly were trying their luck as they’re cash only and had just sent me to the cash machine where I got £20 out. When I told them I’d already broken into it and only had £17 they said that was fine. In the process, they had used a chemical which damaged the inner finishing around the car stereo. When I raised this with who I assume is the owner, he got very rude and defensive and refused to accept any liability and said it wasn’t their fault, then directed me to a sign that says they don’t accept responsibility for damage caused during the cleaning process, which is not only legally unenforceable but also suggests that they expect and probably try to do an intentionally bad job. I asked for their insurance details and they refused to give me any, presumably because they don’t have insurance and are not a legitimate business. While I was there, another customer left to get money out after her car had been finished and never came back. I don’t condone theft or behaviour like this, but I wish I’d managed to get this poor service for free too. I also noticed that they were being quite forceful in suggesting one of the employees goes in the car to the cash machine with her which was clearly something she was not comfortable. I will never go back here, avoid at all costs.

Great service, cleaned the car very quickly despite the busy time

I went to the car wash and waited 20 minutes for it to open. After they started washing my car, two more cars came in, and they focused on those instead. They didn’t clean my car properly. When I asked them to dry it properly and clean the windscreen, the worker said they were busy and that I should come next time if I wanted it cleaned properly. This is very unprofessional behaviour and poor communication. I paid for the service and expected my car to be cleaned properly.

Disappointed and will not come back at all. It was too quick for mini wallet. Not really cleaned my car properly. I am not sure about other people but I am defo not going back there. Feel like Wasted my my money...

Always a top job. The guys are friendly. The prices are reasonable which I why I come here because lots of other places are are too expensive now.

I recently visited this car wash under the new ownership and am disappointed. The cleaning was inferior, and I had to vacuum and tidy the interior. The floor mats weren't lifted, the sides weren't vacuumed, and the trunk was utterly neglected. Additionally, without properly inspecting the car, they immediately suggested a 'mini valet max' service at double the price, claiming that the car wouldn't truly shine, which is quite unreasonable. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Best place in south Manchester for car wash.

Just lost a regular customer. I come once or twice a month for a mini valet. Today left a bitter taste in my mouth. I was approached to ask which service I wanted by the small slim man with short grey hair and stubble. He first complained that there were two cars in front of me, I said I was in no rush and happy to wait and then decided to try his luck, trying to cheat a pregnant woman by herself and tried to charge me for a 4x4 when I have a small hatchback. I will not be returning.
