I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here, because I've always found the staff to be ok. Whatever, what can you say? It's a petrol station that serves fuel. However, it has the best car wash that I know of, by a mile. If you go at a busy time, say Sunday afternoon, you'll probably wait for an hour. Leave it till a quiet time and you'll get straight in. From memory, it's open till 9pm.

If you like to manually jet wash your car,this is probably the first class jet wash you can find in the area and there are 3 of them there so not to long waiting for someone to finish washing their car.

This garage has the best car wash around The top wash costs £15 and you're in there for about 10-15 minutes while it fully washes, waxes and dries your car. Well worth the price 👌🏼 😉

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this petrol station. As someone with a disability, I require assistance when refuelling and making payment. Despite the station not being busy at the time, staff were unwilling to help me fill my vehicle. Additionally, I was asked to provide cash upfront, which has not been my experience at other BP petrol stations. When I queried this and asked for assistance, the situation escalated unnecessarily. A staff member became verbally aggressive, and when I requested his name, his behaviour became even more confrontational. This incident left me feeling shaken and vulnerable, particularly as the situation arose simply from asking for help. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise individuals with disabilities to exercise caution when visiting this petrol station or avoid at all cost.

I am a local at this BP and i usually am treated with care, but unfortunately on one occasion i was mistreated by the store manager. His name was naqash and i didn’t appreciate it. However i was assisted by a young man called Umair. Who helped me so well. So hats off to him!

I’m a regular at this BP, would like to thank the young lad umair for his assistance, very nice and respectful with my issues. When i walked in i asked the manager naqash for help and he was ignoring me, please fix your customer service with management thank you

Rude staff

You’ve spent so much refurbishing but didn’t bother installing an EV charging point and toilet.

Closes for a 6 week refurb 3/2/25. Probably the best service station in the locality considering what it offers. Two self-service jet washes where the price starts at £2. One drive-in car wash. Air and vacuum self-service, and friendly staff in the shop.

Car wash is crap leaks all over and the wheel brushes hit the paint and misses the wheels altogether 13 quid what a waste of money

Truck/lorry driver to the rescue. 14.11.14 at 06.05 I arrived at the petrol station uncertain how to open the fuel cap! I had a loan car as my car was being fixed. A most amazing lorry driver came to my rescue. Truly appreciated. Thank you ever so much.

I'm sick of communicating with the staff here. Every day there are new rules, how I can and can't refuel the car. I think they are just mocking. They make me pay upfront and then refuse to refund my card even if it's over £10. There is definitely something wrong with this place. Please have some respect and don't reply with automated messages pretending to do something. There are enough horrible comments here to do something about it instead of forcing commenters to report somewhere else.

The worse car wash I’ve ever been. Waste of time and money £10.49. I didn’t finished washing my car and the machine was broken down but the staff refused to refund me. Won’t be back again!

Lovely staff, been here a few times and never been a problem. Such a helpful young man at the till I think his name was Umair every time I’ve been he’s been so welcoming therefor 5 stars from me one the best staff members!

The staff here are always very helpful. I only use specific stations , this being one of them. This station is clean and always reliable to have petrol. They have everi return and collect which is very handy ,also an Amazon locker . Car wash and jet wash . Screen fill up and air for your tyres . Best of all the staff are always bubbly . They know us very well now .
