Waves Hand Car Wash New Oscott

Unsure at first but they are in a great location so I thought, why not try? Left the car with them for a Gold inside and out service whilst going to Tesco. And I left the keys with them. They move the car into a nearby bay for you until you return. When I came back the car was beautiful. I was really impressed - every corner inside and out was shiny and dust free, including the tyres which were also shined and polished. Inside, the car smelled lovely, not too overpowering and just right. This was a very professional service and I recommend anyone looking for a convenient service right outside Tesco to give them a try. They deserve it and I am certain I will be back. Legitimate and trustworthy. Thanks again guys.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. The car was washed very poorly – wheels were still dirty and several areas were not cleaned properly. On top of that, a plastic trim on my front bumper was broken during the wash, which was not damaged before. Very disappointing service and lack of attention to detail. I would not return.

Genuinely impressed and couldn’t be happier. We dropped our car off yesterday (9-Jan-26) as our usual car wash was just too busy and we spent 90mins waiting only for them not to do anything - so we opted for a change. We have an estate car and a couple of dogs. We have a cover for the boot, but dog hair still gets around it and sticks to the upholstery. Most car washes throw a vacuum over it and say they did their best leaving it patchy and not as bad as before. Not these guys. It was pristine! I was genuinely shocked and impressed as I wasn’t expecting it (so many other car washes visited before with the same result). The best bit…the guy cleaning my car had a smile ear to ear too, he was as chuffed with his work as I was. The car smelled great too. Loved their hard work and great service. I will be returning here in future to support these guys as much as I can. Can fully recommend.

Went to have the car washed for the first time. Excellent job would highly recommend will be coming back as it’s just around the corner. Great price as well.

Parked in the tesocs car park on a morning. While getting out of car I watched one of the workers pour fariy washing up liquid into the water troof they use for the wash mitts. Fairy liquid is terrible for paintwork

I went for mini Vallet the service was outstanding by Bozan he washed my car and cleaned it amazing. Will definitely recommend and will be coming again.

Best service and best guys

I recently tried this car wash next to Tesco under its new management and was extremely impressed! Faye and Abel were incredibly thorough, cleaning both the exterior and interior to perfection. The vacuuming was spotless - my car looks and feels brand new again. Their attention to detail and professional service really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future car washes. Highly recommend!

Very good customer service. They listen to you for retouching without a frown. They were happy to re dry any patches if you ask. New management and it's amazing
