It was great, the car got a shower and came out cleaner than when it went in. There isn't more you could ask for from a car wash

The car dryer is amazing and so is the jet wash, paid £9 for 13 minutes which was not bad for what you get

I’ referring to the self-wash service, vecause there are 1 self-service with 3 bays and automatically “furry” wash service. Really impressed with this place! The pressure washer and brush work great, there's plenty of foam, and I loved that they even have an air dryer if you don't want to use towels. Three clean bays, easy to use, and everything worked perfectly. I think it's one of the best self-service car washes in the Erdington area. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to wash your car if you don't have a drive or live in an apartment like myself to wash it yourself!

Washes cars

The machine broke down during my wash. It said we need to contact staff for help but the staff is so rude and blame that I didn't park my car parallel enough with the rail. I just park as others did. Anyway, I parked once again following his instructions until he said yes and restarted the machine again. But the machine just kept jetting the water without moving and soon it stopped again. My wife went to the staff to ask for help again and she was being treated rudely and he further blamed that we broke the rail of the machine. How the x I broke the machine that we just parked between the trial. I spent 10.45 pounds and got my car full of bubbles and unwashed. And further being blamed rudely without refund. It ruined my day being there. I will never go again and hope no one else will have my experience again.

Lovely staff, a young helpful man helped me showing me how to pay with a tapping card as I’m new to all this new technology would visit again 5 stars from me!

Staff helped out when battery died after 75 minute wait just as I'd loaded code to go in so thanks
