Went in on a morning and the sales assistant Justine was too busy complaining about other work colleagues to another customer and basically avoided all customer service for me. Needs to be more professional with her work

Disgusting service.. just popped in to send a parcel and bought some stuff too, paid for my stuff first and then guy at the counter said that if I didn't mind him serving the lady behind me before dropping my parcel off. I accepted and after that the queue became too long and said that I could not wait for everyone in the queue and he said that it's their policy to first serve customers and dropp off of parcels comes after. What complete non sense. Rude and useless! Stay home if you can't provide customer service rather than having customers to have to look at your ugly face without any intent to work!

Very rude stuff, their emploees does not wear a masks, there no gloves near pumps, Do not send lorry as may be struggling to drive off cause people leave cars and going to mcdonald

Rude stuff, keep talking about how bored on sundays they are and other not interesting topics instead of provide service. No gloves during all that pandemia , shop inside look filthy

I went get some fuel. As I went into pay, the man behind the counter said the card mashine wasn't working and wanted everyone to pay with cash. When I said I didn't have any, he then asked me to leave my licence with him all day. When I said no, he then wanted to copy my licence. He then wants me to pay the money into his own bank account but wouldn't give me a receipt. Once I had said no to all of this, he then said the card mashine had suddenly started working again.

Always made to feel like a second class citizen compared to the people paying fuel when I collect my parcels . Asked to wait until they pay the fuel customers in the Queue. Will be changing the collection point I collect my parcels from .

Don't recommend to use for shipping with yodel they refused to take parcel because they got too many so I have to drive to different location which is not economic

I have been a customer for over 2 years at BP SPAR ST HELENS LINK WAY, WA9 5DT, and every week I go to fill up my vehicle at this petrol station, today I had a bad experience with MR. Suhed the manager of that unit, I had my tires calibrated and after that I was using the water hose to wash my front window, then the manager didn't like it and told me not to wash the windshield, even though I said I had paid £1 to use the water , then he took the hose from my hand and was very rude, I was impressed with this attitude, even though I said that I had paid £1 to use the water, BP SPAR should train their employees to serve their customers well, unfortunately I don't know if I will use the BP link way service again, because I was very upset...I don't understand why offer a service that cannot be used...it would be better to remove the water then.

Had a similar experience here last night to that described by Susanna below. Male staff member serving me was unbelievably rude and aggressive. I came into the store at around 19.30 on Friday 2nd September to drop off an ASOS return and collect a parcel. The man behind the till basically shouted at me to move aside whilst he served customers who were behind me in the queue. This in itself isn’t really appropriate, given that I was first in the queue. When he eventually served me, he again shouted at me, in a really nasty and aggressive manner, because apparently I was scanning the parcel wrong. It is not my job as a customer to scan the parcel; I have had no training in this area; this is your staff’s job. I wasn’t prepared for what he then did. As I was leaving, he began to shout abuse at me across the shop, in front of waiting customers. I had done nothing at all to warrant this; it was very upsetting. I did not catch the staff member’s name, but I really hope that you are able to determine who he is based on the time and date I attended, and provide him with some necessary training on how to treat customers with politeness and respect. It goes without saying that I won’t be returning, although, having had very pleasant experiences with other staff members at this garage, it seems that the problem relates to this one member of staff.

Carry on down the road to Tesco's for petrol at 13p a litre cheaper!

Their Air station is a bummer, keeps leaking, car parks on a titled platform, paid twice 1.5 and ended up taking 4psi off one of tyres. Doesn't fit properly. Realised how bad it is when I went to ASDA down the road to get it sorted- thought there is something wrong with my valves. LOL

Please be careful when using this gas station. When you fill up your tank, you may find that it is only half full, even though you paid for a full tank. It seems that only half of it is fuel while the other half is air. Please be cautious.

Went in on Friday morning and put £25 worth of diesel in my car but upon checking my card statements this morning I have been charged £40. Looks like I've paid for somebody else's fuel and not my own. Staff need sacking.

Expensive petrol, buying more for same amount on Asda Petrol.

No car wash like stated it says it has a drive thru car wash.

Not the cheapest but big shop attached so a good stop on the way to work.

Well equipped fuel station. It has BP's Ultimate brand of fuel if you like to use that. It is fairly overpriced compared to other competitors and hugely overpriced compared to the large supermarket brand around the corner.
