I washed my car today. It was good service.

Never missed a beat. Amazing service. Good quality and friendly staff. My car is is my pride and joy and i trust these guys fully!

I took my car in today and received excellent service from start to finish. They are officially Autoglym registered and use only genuine Autoglym products, which really shows in the quality of the clean. Friendly, professional people and a great overall experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning.

Had a booking for 9am for platinum package and seat treatments (£85), no one turned up, place closed down. Attempted to call numerous times and either rang out or didn't ring at all, but no answer. Waited until 9:15am, contacted their head office to let them know and had to leave. Won't be using any Waves car washes again, if they can't even turn up on time or answer their phone then we've probably dodged a bullet, luckily their head office have cancelled the booking and confirmed we won't be charged a late fee (no doubt if we had waited and they turned up late we'd have been charged the fee!) Would give zero stars if possible

Useless. Could only clean the outside of the car for some reason.

Damage the offside front wheel with a scratch over 40% of the wheel and the nearside rear wheel with a scratch over 50% of the wheel, tried calling to complain and get damage repaired and it just goes through to answer machine, seeing the other reviews on here unlikely to get a good resolution. Brand new car horribly damaged. Avoid at all costs ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

They have a board with price points and try and charge a lot more. I pulled up and he took one look at my car a renault clio 2016 and added 10 pounds to what was displayed on the board

Charge me £30 no waxed used and was just a standard car wash no gold package. They thought they could cheat there way through. I watched them from a distance just to see if it is a standard wash and dry or the gold package as they say. It was just the standard wash. Total rip of and dishonest and think they can get away ripping customers off because they are busy shopping and not there to see. Will be speaking to tescos regarding this as i have video evidence and pics of the wash. Oh and most of the 5 star reviews are friends and family.
