The quality of service seems to drop drastically when the boss isn’t around. The worker used a wet dirty cloth to "dry" my car, which ended up leaving streaks and dirt all over. When I pointed out that the car still had dirt on it, he got visibly frustrated. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a thorough and professional wash

Excellent and fast service.

The work was done properly for the money. During my stay in London, I managed to visit several car washes. Here, the highest quality of everything was done, although there were some unfinished moments under the seats and in the trunk.

Seems like they've changed ownership since the last time I visited - before the car used to get cleaned properly. Now they really cut corner - boot was still dirty so I asked to clean properly - they started to do so, but the main guy came and cut the other guy short saying "okay, done, finished". Was still debris and parts of boot untouched, and lots of soap drips left at the bottom of the doors. Didn't bother arguing with them further. I selected the "gold" package - felt more like a copper package. Quick in and out service. If it was a fiver I couldn't complain, but for £24, it's insane.
