The Elm Park Hand Car Wash

I had given 5 stars earlier, this was my place for a car wash, got the car washes here yesterday and the whole bumper, door now has scratch marks, they do not wash for change clots between wash now and same dirty soapy water they used to during hand wash. If you want to protect your car from scratches then DO NOT GO HERE, People who were working here used to look after much details, now the workers do not care, they do not vacuum the car properly, interiors windscreen they left all the marks, door storage they didn't vacuum properly, left the infant car seat dirty. Not going back.

Had a really poor experience at this car wash. When more cars started queuing, one of the workers became very rude and started shouting at customers. He was also shouting at his colleagues, saying he works 5 or 7 days and that he is tired, which isn't the customer's problem. Because of all the shouting, the staff began rushing. My car was in the inside cleaning section at the time. I had to step out briefly to get cash as they are cash only (no issue with that). When I came back, they were clearly rushing to finish. I assumed the car had been cleaned properly, but once I got home I realised the boot hadn’t been cleaned at all. I then checked the back seats and other areas and noticed the interior was not cleaned properly. I paid £25 for an SUV (not a 7-seater) and the quality of the service was nowhere near acceptable. See the pictures. Very unprofessional service. I won’t be returning.

These guys have some well priced options for a fast and efficient car clean, I was impressed.

I washed my car here and saw no difference; it was as if it hadn't been cleaned at all.

Been here a few times and when the manager is there all is good. Had my car washed today and had an absolutely awful experience! They missed steps in the wash like adding the solution and when I asked about it they got aggressive and rude. One guy in particular who was extremely rude and aggressive was a guy named Robert. His colleague started to tell me he’s new and has been very rude to them also. On top of all this didn’t wash the car properly. Such a bad experience!!!

Absolutely terrible. The previous workers that were there years ago were great and done a fantastic job. However now after using this car wash for so many years, they have new workers that are useless. I paid £25 for a suv and they left mud inside and outside and never hoovered the carpets or my boot. I explained this to them when I discovered it and I was spoken to rudely and got fobbed off with some sarcy comment that mug ends up on the car and inside. So I replied yes which is why I have brought it here to be cleaned outside and inside so therefore my car should be clean for the service I have paid. I told them I wont be back no more after this. Service is appalling.

Been there twice in two years and they’ve done a great job with under-pressure of dealing with multiple cars constantly coming in. I knew it’ll take a long time for my car to be washed outside & cleaned inside but if you have patience, let them do the job and well mannered communicate with them. They will appreciate it.

So friendly cleaning my car today so happy the way they clean it I haven’t seen it anywhere thank you of course is a five star 🌟

Turned up today to be told not cleaning inside the car - outside only but was doing one while I was there - obviously couldn’t be bothered - been there at least 10 times before won’t be going back

Worst car wash. So much dirt left in the car. Smudges all over the windscreen. Alloys got lots of black on them. Ridiculous. Avoid. Better of going to the drive thru one in rainham tesco. AVOID

Need to sort their morning hours here. Got there 6:45 pm and they won’t wash my car, turns out to be very rude staff !

Really good quality wash. They take time to get marks off rather than just spray and move on like some car washes do. Can be busy on a Saturday morning, and the drive thru is quite tight to manoeuvre

Today was my first time using this car wash and I definitely won’t be coming back. I asked them how much I need to pay for the mini valet, the man said £23 I gave him £30 and only received £5 coins back so they short changed me. Not only that in interior was not cleaned to a good standard at all which is surprising considering there were about 5 guys working on my car.

Honestly, the car looked brand new once they'd finished. I chose the level 3 wash and it was meticulous detail all over. I did have my concerns when one of the guys (while cleaning my windows,) was told to make a start at another car that had just pulled in: I thought they'd forget to do my windows, but those concerns were unfounded. I'd definitely come back here again and again!

The staff here are brilliant! I got a mini valet, and the service was top-notch. They really detail the interior to meet your expectations. The guys are honest and do a fantastic job. My car was a mess, and they cleaned it up incredibly well. Highly recommend!

Do not use they do not clean car very well water marks over windows and body work

Highly disrespectful and abusive manage. If your isnt washed properly. Dont try to bring this on the table unless u have patients for it.

Excellent job done. Very close proximity to our home. 20£, about 20 mins to wash. Clean, tidy, careful with a car, pleasant employees if you say hi to them and the manager is kind. We forgot cash so he even was ok with washing the car and letting us drive it home to get cash since post office is closed but we live close enough to not need it and didn’t feel like it’s ok to drive off without paying. Recommended for sure.
