I used to bring the car to this garage over the last 3 years until I realised that I was not getting the service that I was paying for. In November I brought the car for a full service, one month after I returned there for a pre-MOT checks, they asked me to do a full servicing but when I mentioned that I had it last month and we opened the bonnet I realised that the oil and filter were not actually changed. They obliged me to pay or walk away in a very rude and disrespectful manner. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and an apparant lack of honesty and would not recommend their services.

I went to this workshop to change the engine oil and oil filter, using parts I had purchased. We agreed on a fee of £15, but upon completion, he demanded £50. Despite our agreement, I refused. Threatening to involve the police made him relent, revealing the workshop owner's unscrupulous character and greed.

Terrible service. Exorbitant prices. Went in for a bulb change in my headlamp.Said it would cost 70 pounds because he had to take the headlamp off?? It took 30 seconds to take the headlamp off lol Initially worked but then stopped working a day after. . Took it back and he accused me of tampering with it (??? Why would I sabotage my own car - to what end???) ended up telling me I should get a replacement headlight from a scrapyard and it would cost extra. Took it to another garage and they fixed it for a tenner. Absolute joke of an establishment. Shouldn't be allowed to run a garage to be honest.

Had my car fixed here recently. They used original Mercedes parts and offered great service! Would highly recommend. Thank you

The owner is no good . Went for MOT and was told unnecessary things to be repaired/ changed when not needing any repair. The tires were perfect and was told to have 3 new tires. Just to fill up his pockets . Not going back .

Doggy MOT, bought vehicle of a person that has whole lot of issues, but MOT passed by these scammers. DVLA notified

Poor quality car wash where they strip paint off the car as hose too close to paint. They use this method when busy to try get as many customers in as possible. Company accounts show 6 ppl work there but definitely more as they are cash in hand folk. Staff are slow rude and in some cases very nosy pending on the vehicle you bring. Wouldn't bring anything fancy to this place, will strip the paint off and / or even the PPF. Beware

Went to wash in and outside of my car at this place and their services are poor. Staffs feel disgruntled when you tell them an area is not clean enough. I will give two star as they washed outside well but inside, they did a poor job. They did not wash the foot mats and poor hovering of the rugs.No paper foot mat for you to use when leaving and the whole waiting area is littered with flowing water. Seats are dirty.

I recently visited a car wash in here and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff were notably rude and unprofessional, making the entire process uncomfortable. They seemed disinterested in their work and were dismissive when I raised concerns about the quality of the service. The car wash itself was subpar, leaving dirt and streaks on my vehicle. Given the poor customer service and unsatisfactory results, I cannot recommend this car wash to others. They don’t understand when we are trying to explain them and they can’t speak in English
