ICC Inter Car Cleaning Metrocentre Red Car Park

Really dissatisfied with the service, had paid for a full valeting service on a new car I had bought recently, car interior had very little difference, looked like it had only a quick hoover. The seats were still covered in dust and top interior marks hadn't been touched. Paid a fortune for a hoovering job I could have done in 10 minutes.

Massive scrape to brand new car I recently used the Platinum service at ICC Valeting in the Metrocentre, Gateshead, paying £100. Unfortunately, I returned to find a scratch on my brand-new BMW 2 Series, which wasn’t there before. After raising the issue, the owner showed me CCTV, but it didn’t really clarify anything. Eventually, they refunded me, but I was told the scratch was there previously, which I disagree with. On top of that, the boot wasn’t fully cleaned, and overall, the car didn’t seem much cleaner than a basic £10 wash elsewhere. I’ll be raising a formal complaint and would recommend others be cautious before using this service. They take no responsibility for the scratch but apologised for not cleaning the boot. They said yes I was correct for £100 the boot should be cleaned but there was too much stuff in the boot. Three coats. 🤷🏽 Will be taking full investigation to HO The following morning, I have now been told this is could be heat damage.

Just bought a used car so took it here for a valet having used their services before. I paid £55 for a “platinum valet” that made little difference to the cleanliness of the interior. Looked like it had just been given a once over a with a cloth. Received a completely different service on my first visit, which was a much better clean and for half the price. Will avoid in future.

Car is lovely and clean but the prices on the website do not match the prices at the car wash. Person who served us needs to work on their customer service/communication as came across as rude. They sort of grunted and pointed. It may be that English is a barrier.
