Great exterior wash this morning. Very useful and good advise to maintain the car over the coming months. Highly recommend as they have done a good job.

They messed up the leather on a brand new car, utterly shambolic and if not resolved asap properly this is going to legal proceedings. *UPDATE* Having had the car inspected, it appears they used silicon-based products incorrectly on a brand-new car, which is completely wrong. They are now 'washing their hands' of any responsibility, citing their terms and conditions. They have no concept of customer service. Will never use them again, and anybody who thinks of using this company, do not do so. Off to Small Claims Court we go.

Have to say how sadly disappointed I am with this company Booked silver package + extra interior clean, told of £88. Technician turned up at lease an hour late, only vaguely cleaned the cab of my vehicle (mud & dust still left everywhere) He told me he’d finished & hadn’t even touched the outside of my van. He then said he had no water or power to clean my vehicle, I asked them to come back on the Monday & they promised they’d finish the job. Monday arrives & I’m advised his pressure washer wasn’t working Having been patient for this long, I asked to cancel, to be advised they’d only offer me a £15 refund, absolutely not!! I then had a whole day wasted, fighting to get a refund of a decent amount. I asked for £50, which still paid them £38 for a bad interior job. I still had to fight this. Eventually my refund was sent Would never ever use or recommend this company again!!

Avoid this company had some mickey mouse technician do a terrible repair on my car the technician they used runs his business off Facebook spoke to Peter from washdoctors he agreed it was terrible promised a full refund gave me the deposit I paid them back and told me its upto me to get the money back from technician low and behold no answer or money back from him can't even get washdoctors to answer phone to me now just getting ignored looks like they will just use anyone to come and do repairs on your car

Great service, really pleased with the results

This was a great service, so much better than I could do myself and reasonable rates. Our technician, Arben S, did a fantastic job with real attention to detail. Comms were good with alerts when he was on his way.

I recently had a wheel arch panel repair done by Wash Doctors, BMW X1 2021 and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and making everything straightforward. I wasn’t completely happy with the initial repair, but they handled it brilliantly — they came back out quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. The final result is perfect, and I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work. Thank you P Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, professional service.

They were very polite and pretty thorough, but they were slightly afraid to throw away rubbish- which is probably my fault for not telling them to as I was on a call and unable to talk to them in detail. I'd recommend overall though!
