I recently took my BMW X5 to Park Lane Car Wash for a full clean, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The products they used on the interior appear to have damaged my leather seats, leaving them cracked, which is completely unacceptable. I tried to raise the issue with the staff, but communication was difficult as they did not speak English well, and my concerns were not properly addressed. This made the situation even more frustrating. Considering the high prices they charge, the level of service and care provided is nowhere near acceptable. There is a clear mismatch between what you pay and what you receive. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
