Had just an outside wash on my corsa ecoflex, when it came to paying they tried charging £15. Now on the board it said for a small car outside wash it’s £12, for a large car outside wash it’s £15. In no way shape or form is my car a LARGE car, it has 3 doors. After discussion they mediated at £12.

First time coming here and I’m really impressed! They did an amazing job on my car, attention to detail was excellent and the whole team was friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Marah, who was absolutely fantastic and made the experience even better. Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been here around 5 times now and officially a regular customer. The service is always spot on, but what really makes this place stand out is the manager. He’s very friendly, patient, and always makes sure everything is done properly. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Perfectly average experience. I arrived, was asked what service I wanted, and there was no pressure or upselling. I was told to check the chart, and the staff were willing to answer any questions. After choosing a service, I handed over my keys. They mentioned they were open until 6pm and that I could return at any time. The car wash itself seemed average. I chose the Gold package, which cost £25, and personally felt that the results — including a light vacuum — were something I could have done similarly at home. Overall, it’s a convenient option in a pinch, but nothing particularly noteworthy.

It's my first time to today to wash my car with CPV. But I am a bit disappointed. I paid their platinum service but It didn't meet what it's says there. Also I got this marked on my car and still dirty. And when I was about to leave there's a guy told me that my hood is still open. I paid for their service so I was expecting a good service as well. But unfortunately I'm not happy with it.

love this car wash. Highly recommend this place and always happy with the clean inside and out. It can get very busy at times. Took just under an hour to clean our car while we shopped in the supermarket in a weekday during mid-morning. Always use this car wash now.

Excellent service

Good wash/service but some feedback on the booking system: the website never confirms what slot you booked and only sends a reminder with a rather short notice. As such, you never know if you managed to book the slot and if so, there's no record on when your appointment is until it's almost due. 5/5 if the booking system was more complete.

Been there to wash my van, not only that wasn’t washed properly but the guys charged me £50 for it! The most expensive car wash in Watford area! Forgot to mention that it took them 53 minutes to wash it. Waste of time and money! Never again!

Really impressed with this place. The staff were friendly and actually took their time, even though they were busy. My car came out looking super clean — the shine on the outside was great, and they got all the dust and crumbs out of the inside. Even the wheels and mats looked brand new. For the price, the quality is honestly amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

He is a horrible man with wort behaviour. Last time I was there in que he served another person without queuing . And his price are too much . Never go again
