Roehampton Asda Hand Carwash

I used to come here regularly, and there was this one guy who would do a honest job. This time, I am left with no choice but to leave a review. It didn’t take 10 mins to finish my car, I went to ASDA to get cash, back and the guy said my car is ready. I knew it wasn’t done properly, so I paid and inspected the work. the pictures speaks for itself. I honestly with do a better job myself with a bucket. I need to find another honest hand car wash.

very bad experience i’ve paid £25 to clean only internal. they literally used only hoover that’s it. didn’t do any cleaning at all

Just wash my car from inside or outside and i am literally disoriented when i came to my house i just see what they done and now i am showing you staff is good but disappointed

This service is situated on the top floor of the Asda car park. So I leave the car there to be cleaned when I shop. They always do a great job. The last time they cleaned the inside it looked like new. Polite, thorough and speedy, inside and out for my Mini is £25, reasonable price. I use them mid week, during the day, never had any problems. Glad they are there.

I’ve been here more than once and the results are always impressive. The team consistently delivers a deep, careful clean rather than a quick surface wash. The paintwork shines beautifully, and the interior always feels renewed. Their commitment to quality really stands out. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a proper hand wash.

From start to finish, the service felt professional and well organised. The staff took extra time to clean around trims, mirrors, and door frames, which many places often overlook. The interior surfaces were wiped down properly, leaving no dust behind. My car genuinely looked brighter and better maintained after the wash. I was very satisfied with the final result.

Terrible customer service,i asked for my car to be valeted inside and out they hadn't hoovered under my mats and a few other spots needed doing again when i polietly asked can they go over with the hoover under my mats he told me hes done it i have to buy platnuim very rudely, also they charge me different prices everytime i go what ever happened to customer rights never again will i go here AVOID if you can

we politely mentioned the previous issue that was in our first visit , then the staff was rude and unprofessional and told us things like “why did you come back?” and “go somewhere else.” This is not how you treat customers. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

This place is a complete joke. First visit, they charged £30, while every other car wash in the area charges around £20. Despite the inflated price, the car was still dirty after the wash. You’re paying more for worse quality. I gave them a second chance. I calmly mentioned that last time the car wasn’t cleaned properly and asked them to do a thorough job. Instead of acting like professionals, the staff became rude, disrespectful, and aggressive, saying things like “Why did you come here again?” That is unacceptable behaviour. Zero customer service, zero accountability. I didn’t even let them touch the car, I walked out. Overpriced, careless cleaning, and disgusting attitude from staff. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I gave this place a second chance after a bad first experience, and I regret it. The service was just as disappointing as before. For £30, you’d expect at least a proper clean, but what you actually get is a rushed, careless job. If you go near closing time, they barely bother and cut every corner. Even during normal hours, you have to stand there and watch them just to make sure they don’t skip half the interior. It’s not worth the money, and the lack of care is obvious. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere else.

Worst possible experience. Complete scam. After dropping off the car I quickly ran into get some cash. When returning after no more than 5 minutes, they claimed it was cleaned. Clearly impossible. I politely pointed out it was still dirty and requested they finish. They refused to resolve, so I agreed to disagree and requested my keys so I could get on with my day. No sense making a big deal. At this point the scam took full form. They would not return my keys! They insisted I pay for an additional premium cleaning to get my keys back.. Avoid these scam artists at all costs. I wish I could leave negative stars.

I went today, because my wife said they were good. Definitely not true. I said I was selling my van so I wanted it cleaned inside and out. All they did was a quick lick with the power washer vacuumed the carpet in the back. They didn't clean around the insides of the doors or the footsteps on the sides, carpet in the front not properly cleaned roof was not touched (I was told it was unsafe). So I went home and restarted to clean the van myself waste of £40. Very disappointed. I won't be back again nor is my wife allowed to go to get the car done. Even when I pointed out thier poor work they complain at me 😳. I'm a trades person by profession, so to experience the way they treated me was truly a shock. There was other places they did not clean properly but the list would just keep going on.
