FS Car Wash

Returned to pick up my car to find a significant scrape on the front right bumper. Very obviously done by them post-wash as the scrape had powdery white paint residue around it that could be brushed off. When I showed it to them it was aggressively denied, and when I questioned how the powdery residue could possibly have got there after it had been washed, I was told it must be because my car was dirty when it came in (??!). I refused to pay, they then withheld my car keys and the police had to be called to retrieve them. CCTV showed a white car being washed on the right hand side of mine, and the front right bumper swinging towards it as they reversed my car out. A very unpleasant experience. Be warned - the space they operate in is busy and tight. This can't be an isolated issue and they behave aggressively if there is a problem.

Service here is all good when everything is done well moment u find an issue prepare for a back lash.. Left my car for wash today… came back to a cleaned car but scratched. My gripe is with the lady incharge of the car wash - she acted so rude and wasn’t considerate or apologetic. Instead was suggesting me not leave the car next time and wait in there luxury longe. Car dash showed it was in a collision with time and date - when the car was at car wash..

Normally they are okay but today awful interior cleaning. Also be careful as we got a an expensive ticket for parking there while they cleaned it

Rude, leaves scratches and charges more than agreed. Make sure you ask how much it is before it is cleaned otherwise they will price on what they can get away with. You have been warned!

This is the 2nd time i have taken my car here and i can see why drivers return. My car was cleaned inside out and worth the £25! No wonder there is always a queue!

Took my car for a deep clean earlier this week and the team did a great job at tackling my dog friendly car which also had a smoothie spilt in there. They managed to get out all the stains and dog hair and leave it absolutely spotless. Highly recommend! Very efficient, thorough and super friendly. Will be back soon :) thank you

Amazing car wash have been going for many years now. The best customer service by a very friendly owner who really does care about his clients. I have a black Range Rover that comes out spotless each time and black is a very hard colour to clean properly if not done by a professional.

I went and asked how long it would be. The man was dismissive and quite rude. The only thing he said was '45 mins to an hour. Move your car out of the way'. Wow. Turned around and left. Went to Kew Hand Wash on Lower Richmond Rd. Been there before and had forgotten. Started straight away. 20 mins. My car like new. £30.

I’ve been going to this Car Wash since it opened five years ago and can confirm that I have always had excellent service. In my experience Nav, the manager, has always made sure that his team are consistently delivering a high quality cleaning service at a very fair price. I was surprised to read a few dubious negative reviews especially the recent one claiming that they had damaged the customers car and that the “Lady in charge” was “rude” and unapologetic. Over the past five years of regular use I can confirm that Nav has always been present managing the business when I have used the service and I never seen a female manager at the car wash. Does such a person exist? It’s really sad that people feel the need to leave fake reviews to damage hard working successful local businesses. Luckily it shouldn’t be an issue for FS Car Wash as they clearly have strong support from the local Sheen customers and as a result it’s always busy.

I regret not checking the reviews before my frustrating visit to this so called this 'car valet'. I arrived expecting the GOLD service, but instead, I was told I’d be charged extra because my car was “too dirty” and would apparently need to be washed twice. To put this into perspective, it’s a white car that simply needed a clean, surely that’s the whole point of a valet! The man in charge was insulting and unprofessional and it was an easy decision to go elsewhere. After reading other reviews about scratches and poor-quality cleaning, I’m relieved I left. This valet is already on the expensive side, so I expected a level of service to match. Thankfully, there are far better and more professional car valeting services in SW14.

Amazing service and kind people never fail/disappoint! Although it may be a small space, they run a good business and very sufficient. I couldn’t recommend them more and reasonably priced.
