BP - Car Wash

April 2025. I thought they had changed their procedures but I was fined again, after spending at least 50 minutes in the queue for a car wash. AVOID!! They fine 100£ you if you stay more than 30 minutes. Often you spend that time in the queue to go through the car wash tunnel.

No car wash here.. wrongly labelled on app

The attendant is a pathological liar. Told me the car wash was broken and couldn’t spray water, with a car visibly being washed behind him. Only after a ton of hassle did he let me use it — worked flawlessly, no issues at all. Clearly just wanted to close early and lied to my face instead of saying so.

Poor management, wash systems always on repair , fines etc

They gave me ticket for staying longer than 35 min Red flag 🚩

Jet wash convenient and cheap. Large parking place for manually cleaning the car. Good for washing your car by yourself.

Car wash machines don’t work but you have to pay before you find that out. No refunds. Staff couldn’t care less.

Avoid this car wash entirely. One side is permanently broken, and the other side is barely working. Once you’ve waited in the queue for too long, be ready to be sued.

Very poor management and service here. One car wash is entirely broken for ages, and the other is faulty at times too. If you stay in the queue for too long to wait for the car wash, they will sue you. Stay away from this car wash at all cost.

The car wash need to wait for a long time . There are 2 machine for car wash, but every time only open 1 of the machine.

Over an hour wait as only one machine was working, I still had to hand dry the glass as it did not do it properly and I paid for the Top Wash - if you have a choice, go somewhere else. Update: Have now received a parking ticket for waiting in a queue for the car wash - owner sort this nightmare out!!! Edit, parking charges has now been rescinded xxx
