Waves Hand Car Wash Hammersmith

Very disappointed. Extra service is added without my agreement, yet I still paid for the price. But the car, especially the windows are not well-cleaned, and the car was not even dried.

Very happy. My car hadn't washed for months and it needed a good clean. Abby and Musa managed to clean and dry the car up in less than 25 mins. Smelt nice inside too. Paid a little more than those drive in and out car washes (who often leave the car not so great afterwards). Even so, the price was reasonable and I was wasn't expecting a luxury, detailed car wash, so the job carried out exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return here as my new place to get a car wash.

My car got the ‘Full Monty’ treatment. Worth every penny! Went in looking like a complete dump site and came out sparkling and fresh! I have gone to other places before but honestly, I have never seen the car cleaner! My daughter said she wanted to sleep in the car! Abby and Musa were absolutely lovely - so friendly! Waves in Hammersmith is the best, they take really good care of your car, I prefer this over the one in Earl’s Court a million times

I am very fussy, particularly with who cleans and washes my car. I usually have to remind cleaners to use clean cloths and sponges, and it really irritates me when the inside is not cleaned properly. At Waves Hammersmith, this was not the case at all. Customer service was 10/10, the timing was spot on, and my car was absolutely spotless. Thank you very much, guys. This will be the only car wash I use in London from now on.

Poor service, Staff attitude are worst as well. I leave my car morning 10.15 when I reached there by 15.30 they are just washing the car & engine was on as well

Great place! Had some paint scratches down the side of my car and they not only buffed it out but made it so clean I could see my face in it. Amazing work.

Only cash payments for motorcycles. Tax evasion?

Just got the outside of my car washed, job was done in 5 minutes they were rushing so much that they didn't clean it properly leaving dirt from the trees and all over the car and dirt marks. Glad i didn't ask for them to clean the inside too, will not return.

You will need a sizeable wallet for this wash, but it’s worth it. They clean parts of the car I’ve never seen any other car wash clean, and they washed it at least 3-4 times from what I could see. Very impressed with the staff

Not very impressed with the job in hand

Dropped my a car off for a clean - picked Gold wash - they did a great job inside and out whilst I went shopping in Tesco - they even removed a windscreen sticker on the inside as I requested for no additional charge - would recommend

poor finish. had to go over a lot of parts myself. (windows not fully clean, big parts of interior completely missed)

While over in London from Ireland I took my brothers cars to Waves. I have to say the service is brilliant and good value. So much so that I would be tempted to drive my own car over from Ireland for Waves to clean it. Such a friendly service and one of the cars was really muddy
