Worst cleaners. They dont take their job seriously one bit, they "clean you car" but after crumbs are still left inside. Do NOT go for this, especially if you aren't there to witness the cleaning otherwise they will just do a bad job. After the cleaning my car looked practically the same, little bits left on carpet, mud left on the car, didnt clean the boot. Rubbish job, and use cheap products. Whilst charging high prices. All of their options like silver, gold, platinum are useless, they barely clean anything and when asked about it, they say that this specific type is covered in a different cleaning method which u again have to pay for. Prices also change, not set prices. Very unprofessional would not recommend at all.

Waste of money, they didn't wash the roof, didn't dry the vehicle...told me to park it in the sun...said they would only dry the windows....I drove off...never go back..

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I was charged £30 for an interior and exterior wash of a saloon car, which represents very poor value for the quality of service provided. The vehicle was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, particularly the interior, where several areas appeared to have been missed or inadequately cleaned. In addition, no attention was given to basic finishing touches that many car washes routinely provide, such as an air freshener. Most disappointing, however, was the attitude of the staff, who were unhelpful and lacked professionalism when concerns were raised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business and would advise others to consider alternative options.

Excellent service today as usual,they were really busy but as I was in a hurry they rushed my car through. Always do a good job and I have been taking my car here for years. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews as I have always found the service very good and competitive prices. Big shout out to the boss who is always so pleasant and helpful.

Terrible could've done a better job, £15 just for an interior clean, to only not clean it properly but only to break my air vent, when I asked the guy about this he denied it, said that i done it, which why would I break my own car 🤔 offered me £10. But will be going higher up as this ain't acceptable seen few comments on here with similar issues. The guy in charge couldn't care less just wanted me to go, kept staring at me dont know if he was trying to intimidate me, but I weren't leaving there without some sort of payment.

We always use them. They are good value for money. If they miss anything you just tell them and they fix it. Very nice customer service.

Please avoid this car wash and all Waves car wash locations. I went in last week to get my car cleaned inside and out. I have used them multiple times before without issues, on this occasion I decided to leave my keys with them as I needed to get some shopping. After getting back in my car when they had finished I found the storage compartment under my arm rest had been completely snapped off. I enquired with the site manager who denied any knowledge of what happened, along with all the other staff that worked on my car. He also offered me £10 to purchase glue to fix it myself. It was later claimed that this was a show of ‘good faith’. However I truly believe if they genuinely knew that they hadn’t caused any damage then they would have had no reason to offer me money, it as clearly an attempt to resolve the matter there so I wouldn’t take it further. I contacted Waves customer support as this particular branch was franchised. I supplied all information and photos of the damage. However the investigation went as far as just asking the franchisee about it, when they denied it that was essentially the end of the matter and they wouldn’t take it further. Not even so much as to offer me my money back for the car wash (That I certainly wouldn’t have paid for if I saw the damage before hand.) They are clearly a company that just allow anyone to franchise their brand, and if any incidents occur that isn’t in view of cctv they will offer you no support and just take the staffs word over yours. I now have damage to my car that can’t be fixed and was obviously caused by the staff when they were cleaning inside my car, as it was completely fine before leaving my it with them. Avoid this company and certainly don’t leave your car with them unattended with them and hopefully you don’t make the same mistake I did.

Shinwari farman was amazing today, my car was covered in dog hair and mud and he removed it all without a fuss, now its a spanking new car ready for Christmas. Great service as always! Thankyou guys!

Possibly the worst car wash I’ve used. Quiet when stopped by so assumed they’d manage to do a decent job. Zero efforts made. Avoid.

I went today on Sunday to wash my care wich I do every month depending how often I use my car and always exterior, I got to wawes and they charge me deferent price always and this time was to much I was chocked and they left durty on the bottom of the doors ,I ask him to pass a cloth and he dedent replay me ,looks to me he was to bise wid car .......................to the owner of the company pls do train they staff and look to over charging, u got price list there if they don't know....
