It was the most perfect car wash I've ever received. Too bad I didn't take a before/after picture. My car hadn't been washed in over a year and was very dirty inside and out, but they made it like new in 40 minutes. It's on the top floor of the shopping centre parking lot, so you have to pay for parking separately, but the car wash is £5-£7 cheaper than anywhere else around, and especially considering the results, I think the £3 parking fee is no problem. I will continue to be a regular here!

Forget the services and prices they have on the website, it was 20 quid for a very basic inside an outside wash. Still have remnants of the cobwebs around the side mirrors, interiors were meant to be wet vacced but weren't. Will avoid them in the future.

Disappointed if I’m honest. Outside wash was fine, but the interior mats were left wet after being cleaned (I’m guessing they hosed them down as they were soaked) I didn’t realise this until that evening when my car was completely steamed up due to the moisture and now my car smells of fish!!! Bum is still getting wet a week later from the damp seats this is after leaving in a dehumidifier. I appreciate the car was only left with them for an hour and a half and that doesn’t give it time to dry but I would assume after telling them how long I’d be that they wouldn’t completely soak the mats and use so much water on the seats. I’ll stick to just using them for the outside in future.

Took my car for a wash on a Saturday but when it was brought back to me I found that when started it up on my way home the dashboard indicated that the parking sensor has a problem. I live in Reigate so on the way home there was a noise from the front of the car. When I got home I noticed that the front passenger side bumper cover was hanging off cracked and the parking sensor broken. When I approached the owner on the Tuesday morning when I came to work, he refused to take responsibility for the damage. I will not let them touch me car again and I need a let people know how they have know regard for your personal property. If you use them, please check your car before you drive.

Had a great experience at ICC Hand Car Wash in Sutton. The staff were super friendly and professional. My car looked spotless inside and out—definitely worth the price!!!!

Save your money, the clean was very poor!! Windows in the back were not cleaned at all, the front were streaky! Rubbish still under the seats so clearly wasnt hoovered, none of the interior was cleaned at all. I made sure all the doors were empty and the cup holders which still had crumbs etc in them. Overall poor service for £25. There are much better car washes around the area so avoid this place because you will be disappointed 😞

very poor cleaning services they charge £30 CASH ONLY windows had stains and streaks, door seals and insides were not cleaned, i could still see dirt inside and outside will never go there again

Had car cleaning yesterday. Paid 27£. Very bad service. Both inside and outside not cleaned properly. Car doesn’t looks like cleaned one.They accept only cash in hand

Awful! Do not use this car wash as you risk to take it back damaged!! After I left my car for cleaning I found all the plastic parts and the logo letters stained or discolored from something that was sprayed on my car. Terrible disrespectful attitude from the manager and no responsibility taken.
