Shoddy job, rude people, dont go and waste your time and money with these people

I was using their car wash service in the couple years now, but today they've disappointed me, they didn't managed to get rid of the green stuff from the windows and the top of my mpv was still with bubbles and dirt ! I'm not happy with the job this time, very disappointed, a good business MUST have happy customers!

Terrible service. Didn’t do proper wash as there was still dirt on the inside. Worst, they broke my rubber mat while banging to dry it off…

I went to do the in and out wash this evening at about 5pm. Totally disappointed with their service. On the sign says basic out only £9, and they said me to pay £15. The reason they told me my car wash too dirty. I asked them you don’t have any sign boards for that. Didn’t get a proper reply from them. After they cleaned fully. I have seen very dirtied on my every wheel. I asked them to clean , the reply I got from a STAFF “WE DON’T REMOVE THE WHEEL AND CLEAN”😡😡. I should have take some photos and attached here😒. This is where I got so I angry on this service. So bad staff behaviour. They rip-off my money and I can’t ask the clean service from them. Not even busy only my car was there at that time. I strongly recommend you to go somewhere else, if you really wants get a clean car wash for reasonable money.
