Zero stars is not an option unfortunately. So I am going with 1 star. Although I really want to give zero. Booked a wash (2 weeks in advance), prepaid, they took the money of course... came close to the time for the wash, and there were no reminder emails or anything. I chased them when they just didn't arrive for the wash and failed to make any contact with me whatsoever. Turns out the operator "broke down" (I believe this to be a fabricated story), but didn't care to reach out to me or let me know that they'd broken down. I only heard about this supposed breakdown after I reached out to them. Minimal professionalism, even less integrity.

I used this company as I needed my car valeting last minute and they did clean to car to an acceptable standard. I was however firstly disappointed that they gave me a first time customer discount code, only to still charge me full price. The worst things was on completion of my clean, charged me an extra £25 to remove pet hair which was almost non existent (my mums dog excitedly jumped in it for 10 seconds). There must have been about 20 small hairs in total). When I disputed this, they had the cheek to say ask if they charge me £10 instead? In my opinion unless the pet hair badly affected ability to clean, the question should not even be raised, let alone charging so much. All in all, car was clean but would not recommend using this company as is very overpriced and slap on extra charges with no warning.

I decide to try this company as the one i normally use was not avaiable. they charge me £49 per car which was discounted price and apperently i have to pay extra £10 for the rubbish to be cleaned. i have added images and video of clean inside and outside and you will be suprised what you have paid for is not worthy... they offered me for one of their team to come back at the end but we missed each other. the email after that, sent out to me as per below. I needed to find a valet service to come and wash my car at home last minute, and GoWashMyCar came to my rescue! Having got in touch Tuesday afternoon, Barry was with me first thing Wednesday morning. He arrived on time to the minute, was friendly, kind, courteous, and even made a fuss of my dog! The valet was perfection. Haven't seen the car looking so sparkling since we first got it! Highly recommend and I will definitely use again. Thanks Barry!

I highly recommend this company. Barry was great and did a super job of making my very old and dirty car look almost new. He clearly takes great pride in his work. Friendly and efficient service from everyone at this company. Danielle was really helpful at scheduling my booking during a busy time. I will definitely be using them again.

I was not happy with the service, the guy cleaned my car very badly, he left pigeon droppings on my door and a lot of crumbs in the key rests, I do not recommend this service to anyone because when I complained I was told I had paid minimum service

Had my car cleaned and the operative done an absolutely great job, well happy with the outcome and turned up at the times estimated. Will definitely be using this company again and prices are very good for a mobile company

Barry was extremely helpful from the start. I explained my set of circumstances and he was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to get my poor car from its neglected state back to how it used to look. Guess I should have read the reviews before using this service. Overall it was a decent job but bird poo was left on the car. Had happened a few days earlier and reason for me booking the wash but unfortunately they left some of it. I was able to remove it afterward but just seems like person didn't want to put the extra elbow grease in to the job. When you're paying +150gbp for a proper wash inside and out, you'd expect a better result.
