My third time using the carwash service and my experience was poor. The 1st and second time I had no issues and the owner with the dog was very welcoming. They have new people working there - one of the guys washing the cars - short black and loud - literally yelling at me whilst navigating through the carwash section. The taller black guy was good and washed my car brilliantly. The drying and vaccum was appalling and I actually had to use the vaccum myself to clean parts of the car!! Poor attitude and poor attention to detail than usual. As I was leaving AGAIN the loud shorter black guy yelling - I couldn't believe it! It is unfortunate as I not too long ago moved to the area and needed a go-to car wash but I wont be returning. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY: Hello - yes I am with the Type R. I felt very uncomfortable the last time I visited and I was not sure why I was treated the way I was - I am nothing but friendly and respectful. I will visit soon and hope to see you once again. Thanks for responding.

They're a bit slow but they do a good wash and the price is fair. Friendly staff, nice owner and nice dog as well for what it's worth. Overall best value for money in South london.

Please can you have regards for your neighbours and turn the stereo down (or ask your customers to whichever it is). We support your business, and the fact that you often have more than your fair share of cars parked along Southampton Way, but please have this regard for us.

They don’t clean the car properly and scratches the car. Also rude customer service.

I’ve been using this car wash every other week for a long time, but unfortunately the quality has really gone downhill recently, and I won’t be returning. The team who wash and clean the cars are good and do their best, and I appreciate their effort. However, the experience at the final stage has become very unpleasant. The two staff members handling the hoovering and dashboard cleaning are often rude and come across with a bad attitude. If you point out something they’ve missed, they react negatively instead of being helpful, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. Another issue is that they’ve stopped providing paper receipts, even when paying cash, which is not acceptable. It’s disappointing because this used to be a reliable place, but due to these issues, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere

Hands down best hand car wash and we’ve been to a few. We have a dog who leaves bucket loads of fur in our car and these guys get it looking spotless every time! Speedy service and good value too.

I visited this car wash in the last month. The man running the place did a good job, and was genuinely kind. However, as a woman by herself, I began to feel unsafe pretty quickly and other staff members made me feel uncomfortable (they were unnecessarily intrusive e.g. leaning right into my car/ asking my name/ making comments and made a generally, unsafe and creepy environment). I had to ask my partner to come with me to pick the car back up, which I should never have to do. This type of behaviour needs to be addressed immediately.

I used the mechanic at this place. I trusted them with my car and after a month of constant complaining, taking the car back because it was in bad shape after them repairing and collecting the full payment my car had to be scrapped as it failed to turn back on whilst i was on a journey to the hospital. I asked for a refund and they refused. Even though I didn’t think I needed to do this, next time I will be keeping detailed account next time I go to the mechanic and I will not be going alone as a female so I don’t get messed about. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you want your car fixed.

MY GOD WILL TAKE ALL FROM YOU, FOR WHAT YOU DID TO MY CAR. IF MY CAR GOT WINDOW SCRATCHES I WONT BE DESPERATE TO BUY IT. FIRST TIME COMING TO YOUR CAR WASH YOU RUINED MY CAR AND CLAIM MY CAR WAS LIKE THAT YOU ARE EXTREMELY EVIL! FROM THE PIT OF HELL YOU MANAGER. PEOPLE BE VIGILANT WITH THOSE CLOTHES WIPES THEY USE TO CLEAN AND WASH YOUR CAR SO YOU DON'T CRY AT THE END OF THE SILLY DIRTY WASH.

Great service and value. Kevin and the team replaced the car battery for our Ford Focus and even lent us some jump leads to get the car over to him. Also gave the car a super clean inside and out. Great service and value. Thank you.
