Over charged for a simple car wash because my car was “too dirty”. Bit ironic being told that at a car wash…the guy was also quite snarky, kept making comments like you see it’s hard work blah blah..

Worst car wash I have ever had. I was in a rush as needed to get car cleaned before going away. So tried this place. So slow. Two cars in front of me and took an hour. As was rushing cleanlooked ok on the whole. Once got home though there were un clean bits all over the care, the hoovering job was also poor. £35 as well. RIP off. Stay away

Expensive, Rubish and rude

I would not recommend this car wash. The quality of the clean was poor, with a significant amount of dirt still visible on the wheels. It was noticeable to the naked eye, and when I touched them, black residue came off onto my fingers. There was also dirt left inside the door handles, which should have been cleaned as part of the service. In addition, my car was left running for around 20 minutes while it was being cleaned and dried, with the air conditioning set to full blast. Overall, I was disappointed with the attention to detail and the standard of service provided. If you do intend to go please check before you leave.

Over charging Do not visit. I’ve been a regular customer at Lilley Car Wash for the past three months and initially had a good experience, consistently paying £20 for my car wash. However, things have recently changed, and not for the better. There is now a new staff member who has started charging inconsistent and significantly higher prices. I was asked to pay £25 for my first car, and then £30 for my second car — just for an exterior wash. When I questioned the increase, I was given vague excuses, such as my car being “more expensive,” which doesn’t justify the lack of clear pricing. There is no visible rate list, and the pricing feels arbitrary and unfair. As a previously loyal customer, this has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this car wash due to the lack of transparency and inconsistent pricing.

This has got to be the worst car wash I’ve ever been to poor Cleaning never even bothered to take the car mats out, walking around like I was not Paying them for going there, when you pull them on anything they don’t want to take accountability for it so rude and arrogant….don’t waste your money. Stay clear.my 5yr old could clean better… I should have read the reviews

Great car wash. Nice guy, top job! Will alway use them.

DO NOT USE. They literally forgot to clean the roof of the car and then tried to pretend that it isn’t included in a standard wash. Then the other manager came over and said it was their mistake but wouldn’t put it right as it meant they would need to do the whole wash again and it was ‘mostly done’. Inside was also so dusty. I would recommend anyone else at all in the area. These guys are not a legit outfit

Very pure service, they asked me £50 to wash my car! Unbelievable customer service which same car before I wish for £35 same cleaning,and they didn’t clean properly between doors.

Useless people Can’t do the job , no proper parking no drive of assistance from facility to busy road . Avoid them!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. First of all, they completely failed to clean the trunk of my car. It was simply ignored. When you pay for a full car wash service, you expect the entire vehicle to be cleaned — not selectively. Secondly, I paid £25 for what can only be described as a rushed and careless job. The car was left in poor condition, with visible dirt still present. It honestly felt like my money had been taken for nothing. To make matters worse, when I arrived to collect the car (about 30 minutes later than expected), instead of addressing the poor quality of their work, they complained about my slight delay. The attitude was defensive and unprofessional, as if they were doing me a favour rather than providing a paid service. Poor quality, poor professionalism, and zero accountability. I genuinely do not understand how a business operating like this can continue to work in this way. Avoid.

Terrible car wash. No space to manoeuvre. Customer service is horrendous. I had to remind them to clean the inside of the doors. You’ll be waiting forever and regret it. Avoid!

I had a really good experience at Lillie Car Wash. They paid attention to the details, and my car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. The service was fast, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend if you want a reliable car wash.

Tried to overcharge at the start by £10 and no propper explanation to justify, managed to reduce by £5 in the end. Staff were nonchallant and lacked effort, leaving visibly unclean internal areas afterwards that I had to re-point out to them to clean.

Very unprofessional customer service, they don't inform customers of price increase, after they give you the service they demand £5 increase than the usual price forcefully.....plus they use their language as my glass does translation, to speak about adding prices on the different customer appearance....wouldn't use them ever again.......❌❌❌ terrible experience ❌❌❌ wouldn't recommend them ❌❌❌
