The outside of my car was cleaned thoroughly and the guys were friendly and polite, however shortly after leaving the car wash I noticed scratches on the inside of my car, near the gear stick that I wasn't able to get off. Also my wing mirror no longer auto opens and closes - for years this has never been an issue until visiting this car wash - unfortunately must of been forced open during the clean.

I honestly don’t understand why this car wash has a 4-star rating. I had my car washed today at Wash N Shine in Carshalton. While they cleaned the outside reasonably well — something almost any car wash can do — the inside was very disappointing. When I opened the boot, it was still very dirty. None of the sides had been cleaned and there was still dust and dirt everywhere. I ended up cleaning it myself at home. They charged £30, and for that price they should at least do the job properly and be sincere about the service they provide. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back again.

These guys are great, I was surprised when they actually took the effort to get up and thoroughly clean the top of the car, which other car washes don’t do! Very impressed and happy with the service.

Honestly, this is the absolute best car wash I have ever been to in my entire life. From the second I pulled up, the service was perfect—super friendly, fast, and they treated my car like it was their own. They got every single speck of dirt, stain, and tiny crack cleaned out—inside and out it looks brand new, straight from the showroom. The attention to detail is unreal, no corners cut at all. Worth every penny, fair prices, and the team are absolute legends. If you’re thinking about going anywhere else—don’t! This is the only place to bring your car. 100/10, highly recommend to everyone I know! 💯🚗✨

Unfortunately my experience with Wash N Shine staff has been extremely unpleasant. One of the staff was extremely rude to me and made references to “slave” and even told to go if I wanted to go. It was extremely disrespectful and I will not be going there ever again. AVOID

The guys were very polite and friendly and spent a lot of time making sure my van was as clean as possible, I think it's the best clean I've ever had from a hand car wash and I've used many. No air freshener provided would be the only little extra touch I'd like to see as they are the only car wash I've been to that didn't give one but the clean was so much better that it's still worth it. Price was reasonable, slightly higher than most but again you get what you pay for and it's worth the extra.

Nice people, who are polite and do a great job. Reasonably priced and several options are available, so you can opt for the level of detailed cleaning you want 👍
