Very happy and friendly staff thanks for clearing my car.

Overpriced, lazy. Charged £25 just for outside clean and still didn't do their job properly, left with dirty patches, filthy windows, tyres. Never again

Check before you leave your car! Tried to upsell us a £10 wax and when we said no told us they couldn’t clean our car on the gold package because it was “too dirty” in an attempt to upsell us the next cleaning package. We opted not to use the service as a result so cannot comment on the quality of their service.

Used a lot of car wash places with mixed results so using Waves for the first time I paid attention to the way my car was treated, I have to say the results were brilliant I only had the £24 Gold which is wash and vac and wipe down interior. The guy doing the interior was great he spent a good amount of time cleaning all the surfaces vacuuming and spraying air freshener on the mats and it had a showroom interior when he finished. The car was well washed and the tyre walls blacked the light glass was polished and the car checked again for any water spots. I will definitely be going back to them again. UPDATE.... Been back several times with the same quality every time this is a great place to have your car washed

Cleaned the car well however we were waiting for a while and they let someone else go before us which made us wait a bit longer.

First time taking my car here. Very pleased to see how clean and shiny it was inside and out. Very good price too. Highly recommend

I’ve been a loyal long term customer.. 14th march .. Awful .. lied to.. rude. Never in all the years I’ve been here.. have been treated disgracefully.. car not done .. was told it would get to done ..man shouted at me .. had no intention of doing my car ? Nice Mother’s Day gift eh ! Seems men get the priority!!

I would not recommend this. They don’t wash it properly. My car was smelly afterwards. windows are stained👎

Definitely I come back very happy.

After returning to my car, I found they hadn’t Glen inside the doors. They haven’t done the cupholders and electrical points in the middle by the gas stick they hadn’t wiped around the gear stick. They hadn’t hoovered out the boot thinking the bags in there would just cover it. I spent longer waiting for them to do all the bits I should’ve done in the first place. I might as well have done it myself.

Definitely did not get what I paid for. No coat and charged different prices as every time I've been. Not good business practice, customer lost.

Washed my car today at Waves Feltham. Was served by Dawat who was very professional and had a very honest atitude in the price he charged.
