I used to come here before but now the service has gone down so much and not to mention slow. disappointed

Give this car wash a wide berth ‼️‼️‼️‼️ I had been going there for years, but the last time I visited, they damaged parts of my car with the substance they use to dissolve dirt; they sprayed it on and left it on too long before rinsing. When I went back the next day to show them the damage, a staff member very rudely tried to tell me that this happens to every car and will disappear in the few days‼️ I contacted the manager, who promised to meet me the following day, but when I called an hour before the scheduled time, he said he couldn't make it. I do not recommend this place—avoid this car wash at all costs‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Car parked on the street, nowhere near trees, yet somehow it’s still getting wrecked. And spare me the excuses — you’ve got a comeback for every single negative comment. When the reviews are this bad, it’s not “bad luck,” it’s bad work.

Hands down the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. When I got my car back from Mr. Lemon Car Wash, I noticed my windshield wipers had been rearranged in some bizarre way. The moment I started the car, the wipers slammed into each other and broke. I then had to waste two hours of my day getting them replaced — all because someone there couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. When I spoke to the owner, they did eventually pay for the wipers, but the attitude was unbelievable. Rude, dismissive, and acting like I was the problem for pointing out damage they caused. And i was not going to anything about the broken wipers thing mistakes happen but, the interior of my car looked filthy. Smudges, streaks, grime — it honestly looked like someone wiped everything down with a dirty rag and walked away. I paid for a cleaning, not for my car to be returned in worse condition. Between the damage, the wasted time, and the unbelievably rude staff, this place is a complete joke. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else.

Your staff are so helpfull always smiling no matter how busy and the pressure is on they deal with this very wel and calm. I have been coming here since you opened, my husband and son come as well. Well done guys keep it up.

I visited Lemon Car Wash in Feltham yesterday and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I waited around 50 minutes while cars that arrived after me were cleaned before mine. When I asked why, I was told that they prioritise cars for external cleaning only, while I had requested both interior and exterior cleaning. This was not explained in advance and is completely unprofessional. Additionally, the quality of the service was very poor. My car was not properly dried and was left to air dry, which resulted in multiple water and cleaning product stains on the paintwork and windows. The plastic parts are also in poor condition after the wash. At the moment, my car looks worse than before, and I will now have to pay extra for polishing to fix the damage. Most concerning, however, was the attitude of the staff member in charge at the time. He spoke to me in a raised voice and was extremely rude and disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable. The service may seem cheap, but in the end it becomes much more expensive due to the poor quality and damage caused. Very poor service and attitude. I would not recommend.

This card wash is so amazing the best by far in the area, people are the best, making my kids happy while they clean the car and doing an amazing job, honestly its such a fresh air finding a car wash that actually care about your car. Thank you guys so much

Had an in and out clean. Asked how long it would take was told 20-30 minutes. It took 1 hour and 10. Absolute joke.

Been coming here for years and honestly speaking, the new ownership are so much better. The time they spend on cleaning your car inside and out is very high standards. Really happy overall. Thank you 😁☺️

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS Been there three times.. All three times they havent clean my car properly. I went back to only give them the benifit of doubt but never again... As the didn't want to clean my black wheel saying they stuff would rot them away. From my understanding that chrome wheels only do that... Also Said that my car would never look new after a wash 😂.. They use cheap cleaning products because as soon as I went home I use my clean spray and it cleaned all the dirty bits they said they couldn't do. As of the inside the left "cleaning" spray overspray everywhere. Worst car cleaning place ever!!!!
