Good work and well worth the money

Been coming to this car wash for several years but unfortunately things seem to have changed. They've always done a decent job on the cleaning, but recently the prices seem to be absolutely bonkers and as though they are being made up on the spot. My last clean a month or so ago (small car, not excessively dirty) was £25, today my husband got his car cleaned (medium suv, again not excessively dirty), and was charged £40!! That is absolutely crazy, and the more frustrating thing is its inconsistent. Neither of us are the type to complain, we will just quietly make note and take our business elsewhere, but to be honest I need to bring it up because its possible staff are making up a price when they can get away with it and pocketing the difference. I dont want that to be the case but its a possibility and honestly I dont know what other reason there could be for such inflated and inconsistent prices. Unfortunate because we did like supporting this local business.

Always had a great wash whether it's my beefy work van or one of our cars... These guys work tirelessly and actually pay attention to detail, which is far far better than any similar wash in surrounding areas! Thanks!

Does a fantastic job everytime and I agree with the surcharge of £40 cause they do take their time when your car is grim like mine always ends up being!

Not massively impressed. Last two times I have gone there and it's always been 'you need to pay more as your car is very dirty', when in fact it's not that bad at all. I get they have to charge more for chewing gum, pet hair etc but there seems to be a theme amongst the reviews that you always have to pay more... The last time I went I asked for inside only and they started washing the outside. I stopped them and said inside only and they continued and said they would have to charge me. Only when I got annoyed did they eventually agree to charge me for inside. I gave them more because it felt fair, and they did do a good job. Again, it just doesn't feel honest anymore.

Extremely dissatisfied with my visit. I requested both interior and exterior cleaning but was told they couldn’t do the interior due to being short staffed. The exterior clean was also very poor many areas were still dirty. The team seemed unhappy and unmotivated. Cutting staff to save money is a mistake – bad service will lose you more customers than you’ll save on wages. Won’t be coming back.

Good car wash.. but think they make the prices up each time. Last visit I was asked for £25 ( small car) he said it was very dirty. I said, that's why I brought it ..you clean them 😂

Best car wash wash in area by far. Really attentive to each car and do a thorough job from outside only clean to full valet. Thanks all for taking care of my car every time :)
