They did not really wash my car properly. They paid more attention to other cars than mine. Unfortunately
Terrible service do not use. They can’t even be bothered to clean the cup holders or steering wheel. They get emotional and aggressive when you mention it. Car doesn’t look like the inside has been done, very poor service

Rubbish service, only asking for cash. If you don't have u have to leave car or Driving licence. They are so rude. Also there price board is only for advertisement. They charge more. See there wash premium wash quality
They do proper wash even clean your alloy wheel properly
Went for a car wash as it was advertised for £8, but there was no sign anywhere saying they only accept cash. After finishing the wash, they told me it’s cash only. I said I would bring the cash within a minute, but they insisted on keeping my iPhone as security, which made me very uncomfortable. This is not professional at all. Customers should be informed about cash-only policy before the service starts, not after. Also, asking to hold someone’s personal phone is completely unacceptable. The wash itself was okay, but the experience was poor because of how they handled payment. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their communication and customer service.
Avoid this place! Very rude and careless staff have scratched up my car which I only noticed when I got home and stains in the paint.

Waste of money
Terrible experience at this car wash. Paid for an inside-out cleaning, but the job was poorly done. Staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested. Advertised price was £17, but they charged me £20 for paying by card. I won’t be returning.
Absolutely disgraceful service. My husband took our car here ahead of selling it, and it came back with chipped paintwork that was NOT there beforehand. Instead of a clean, we were left with a car that looked far worse than before. The whole thing was rushed, careless, and an utter waste of £30. I rang afterwards to raise the issue, left a voicemail, and – surprise, surprise – no reply. Zero accountability, zero customer care. Just a headache and damage that we’re left to deal with. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity – avoid these cowboys at all costs
