100% Hand Car Wash

Im actually dissapointed with this place it used to be good now they only care about the money but the jobs not done properly, ive had inside and outside washed, theyve completely missed the wheels which i pointed out, and some marks on the body which when i also pointed those out they guy said to me, "your never happy are you?" "Your paying for basic car wash" this to me is disgusting attitude and very poor from a business perspective, im sure i have paid 20 pounds in other places but they have covered pretty much everything. I took another car to this place last week and also that one wasnt done properly at all. Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else where they will respect you and not treat you like your anybody. Disgusting service.

Very terrible experience. The owner was rude, and extremely unprofessional. He was a very strange person and made his customers very uncomfortable. Customer service was terrible, and the way he spoke to customers was unacceptable.

Absolutely scam experience. I was quoted one price at the start, and then the old guy suddenly demanded £10 more. What made things worse was his attitude. He was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of handling the situation properly, he made bizarre accusations and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. I have never experienced such poor customer service at a car wash. In my opinion, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and feels like an attempt to scam customers. The old guy seriously needs to improve how he treats people. If he had a better customer service approach and treated customers with honesty and respect, this business would do far better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid. Please avoid this scam company.

Bad Service and didn’t clean properly

Such a bad car wash I totally don't recommend this . It's useless.... Board says something they charge more.. worst experience ever.

Awful. Would give 0 if possible. Damaged my car and then had the audacity to shout at me! Staff, boss and rhe garage owner are verbally abusive, unkind aggressive and very manipulative. They have been incredibly concerning. Have had to report them

This used to be the best car wash around, unfortunately not the case now, my car came out less clean than it went in with water streaks all over it and a big scratch on the back door.. such a shame as it used to be an outstanding car wash

Very rushed service. Didn’t clean the tyres just jet washed dirt still on tyres. Will not be returning.

Been going here for a few years but, unfortunately, the quality of service has dropped quite significantly. I recently paid for the now £40 ‘platinum’ service (their second highest tier, which has recently risen by £10) and found dirt on the dashboard; bits of tissue on the volume dial; the boot not even vacuumed; and dirt marks on the bonnet. Particularly disappointing when you consider I only drive a two-door car — so there isn’t even much surface area to clean — nor is the car ever particularly dirty. I’d recommend finding an alternative unless you’re looking for something quick. Hoping it can go back to what it was.

Hardworking and diligent folk.

Worst job ever. Have noticed it has been going downhill for a while. Windows were so smeared could hardly see out of them. Had to redo all of them when I got home. Dash screens not touched. Hoovering was minimal, seats still had bits on and parcel shelf not done at all. Cost me £20 for the privilege!!

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to, The guys jet washing the car hit my car with the metal end of the jet wash twice. Leaving scratches, When you go to the other side, they don’t even dry your car at all, few minutes later, there is still foam all over the car after leaving the place, your better off going to them machine washes at petrol stations, Avoid this rubbish place. Workers all have a stinky attitude

So BAD! They rushed into it with no attention to details, and you could see wipe marks and the cleaning left streaks and residue instead of a clear surface. Almost like the rag was dirty. Low value for money and I would probably never go back.

I went there one time and I would’ve give 0 stars if I could. Definitely not going back there. AVOID IT!!!

Always great service, only downside for me is they didnt take card payments so had to do a bank transfer as I didnt have cash on me. But overall great service as always
