Horrible customer service. Rude, overcharged for a motorbike, did a bad job cleaning it, cash only = super dodgy. Would not recommend.

They seem to be always screaming at each other. Nuisance to the neighbourhood.

Rude owner told me my car was too dirty and he needed 40£ . Rather than twenty , was no dirtier than a car that needs cleaning

Really rude to people, threw water, while I was inside my car, at my face for no reason. I drove up on the driveway like everyone else and tried to ask for a cleaning inside and outside the car. On top of that one of the guys is really rude and argues with loads of his customers. Even though I tried to look past it and brought him more business, he was really aggressive and yelled at me to leave because I didn’t wash my car at his business. DO NOT USE HE’S a menace.

Tried to charge me £20 for just outside because it had mud under the wheel arches… ridiculous… dont get mugged off! Ilderton car wash done the outside for just £8 and with a smile 😊

2 guys there, neither spoke English, cash only but no signage to say this, very poor job at cleaning the car. Never again

Very disappointed, the car wasn’t washed properly.

It's a bit of a hit and go When they are not busy they do a good job but when it gets busy they don't care it's just money and you are left with a rubbish job

THE WORST! Absolutely basic service, even when I paid for the detailing price. There were parts untouched, right in front of their eyes, I didn't even have to look in corners or hidden areas, if you know what I mean. The mats were not even vacuumed, it took ten minutes total. Rude employee as well.

Car was left with swirl marks , a few scratches left on the paint work , smeary screens and mirrors inside

Had to put up with all the staff, maybe 4 or 5 of them literally shouting at each other outside my van the entire time it was having the exterior done, and then escorted to a cash machine by one of them in a shop around the corner as they do not take card. Very awkward. Also cost me £15, whereas in Tesco surrey quays it is around £10. Van looked amazing afterwards though, literally spotless.

Good value and good service. Team were friendly and helpful
