Worse car wash. I just asked them to wash the car with plain water and just dry. They used the worse cloth to dry and made scratches on my new car.

Maps clearly says open until 18:00, I came here at 17:50 for a quick outside wash as normal people do have work… usual office hours in this country do be 9-5… but nope… guess these lot decided to go home and snack early. Please refer to time on display it is clearly not close to 6 yet and barriers are already up.

Very disappointing experience. The clean was not thorough, especially for the price paid. There were still visible marks and spots left on the car, as well as water marks that I had to clean myself afterwards. It also felt like the team were rushing to move on to the next car rather than taking the time to finish the job properly. For the cost, I expected a much higher standard and better attention to detail.

I drive a very small two seater car and the guys who work here want to charge me Ford Focus size (two sizes up from my car) it's not about the money but the principle. Second time this has happened, they charged me extra small size last time but I'm not arguing my point every time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AVOID THIS PLACE Quick to make promises, In my opinion, they seem far more interested in taking your money than actually doing the job properly. So £50 for what was supposed to be a “platinum clean,” and honestly, it was shocking. My husband is a very calm man, but even he was furious. The owner laughed at him and even tried to keep our car keys. When we pointed out the obvious dirt and mess still in the car, he finally came outside to “fix it,” but was rude and dismissive. My husband stopped him and made it clear we would not be paying the full £50. The behaviour got even worse. The owner came up to my husband and said he was “lucky” to have his wife and children with him completely unprofessional and totally inappropriate. I felt awful seeing someone treat us like that while taking no responsibility for their poor work. We ended up paying £35, and even that wasn’t worth it. They charge more than a typical car wash, which would be fine if the job was actually done properly but in our experience, it wasn’t. Avoid these guys , shouldn't even be 1 star. Thats allot to give. Red Flag should be given to this place.

Horrible people bad experience

Really disappointed with this place yesterday . The cleaning was very poor honestly, a 5-year-old could’ve done better. They didn’t even take the rubbish out and barely cleaned properly. On top of that, the staff were rude and quite aggressive, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Also they were treating people differently based on appearances and what car the driven which didn’t sit right with me. They come off as racist. Definitely won’t be going back.

Very poor service. Car was still dirty when I got my keys back, extremely rude customer service. Will not recommend to anyone, how disappointing!

Paid for the platinum package. £48 cost. Included interior, exterior, carpet etc. Left the car and visited the farm. Came back to find the car with a fair amount of dirt on the exterior and interior of the car. When I brought it to their attention they said they spent 45 minutes on the car. However, I have been to a £20 car wash and had a better wash than what these guys did. To add to this the owner was rude and ignorant. These guys are just hungry for the money. I would AVOID and give your money to people who care about delivering quality to people not poor service.

Really disappointing service. The interior wasn’t properly cleaned—just a rushed vacuum and water spray that left the mats worse than before. Charging £27 for a 2-seat sports car is unreasonable given the poor quality. Would not recommend.

I recently visited CPV Hand Car Wash E14, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. The end result was not even close to clean; my car still had noticeable dirt and streaks after they finished. Despite my request for a thorough cleaning, they rushed through the job in less than 10 minutes. I go there every time, if they start caring about customers car, I will change my review. I will go there again to see if any change. I hope the manger take action against the workers. Hope to see a change in the service.

Useless car wash

Bad experience twice. I recommend people not to take the car there. Cars are not washed properly and when i addressed the issue with the owner . He said I should not bring my car there again. Waste of money and time . Aviod this place

Excellent attention to details while cleaning, good guidance about the services and professionalism. I highly recommend for best quality of wash and cleaning and also other premium cleaning totally worth it
